Have aye here many times in the past and the food was great. Ate there 9/12/17 found hair (more than 1 piece) in center of food, when I took back in immediately (within 5 minutes) . Tried to say it was mine, I’m a blonde with lots gray. The hair was black and the employee said say had to talk to her boss. Came back handed me a refund and walked away. Poor customer service and RUDE.! Will never eat there again. Deserves. No STAR would be the rating but couldn’t post without at one star.

Food was very good. My only concern is that they leave chips and a sweet sauce in an open bowl sitting on all tables all day long waiting for customers. That just seems unsanitary especially if flies are around or customers walk by coughing etc and also makes the chips very stale.

We love to eat here. I get the Teriyaki Chicken (comes with rice and sweet carrots). My husband gets the Tokyo Steak. The lunch portions come with soup or salad while the dinner comes with both. My husband likes it so much he wants to eat there daily. The food is very good and service is quick.

Inside was dirty cob webs In the corners and huge one above the drink station and coming off the plants and going to the ceiling and floors were dirty. Id hate to see the state of the kitchen. But what you dont know wont hurt you I guess. Watress was decent enough. Coconut shrimp was okay.. Dumplings were cold and chewy. We will not be going back. We should have read the reviews first and just got take out.

We thought it was a popular place due to the amount of cars outside. They were all next door at the gamers lounge. The fried food was all fresh, which was nice, and the main dishes were satisfactory. However the place was dinghy and they were out of sushi, non-soda kid’s drinks and green tea. Cuz really, how does a Japanese place run out of green tea?

I never leave reviews for anything but I have got to say that this was the worst place I have ever eaten dinner. There was one waitress and she was absolutely horrible and complained the whole time. She had the worst attitude to my family and I. It was over priced and the food was horrible. The place was dirty and I would not recommend it. I will never go to that place again.

Picked up some takeout on my way home form work and it was very good. The restaurant itself is a little old and dated but I wasn’t eating in anyways. It’s the best Japanese restaurant around unless you want to drive at least thirty minutes away

Not an interior artwork or anything, but the food is good! The meals are served with soup AND salad (which local competitor: Osaka does not) and it is QUICK! It has it’s own salad bar, so you can put as much shrimp sauce that you’d like on it (big plus 😉 ) & it’s reasonably priced!
