Wow what an amazing dinner. We sat at the sushi bar and the chefs were very fun, entertaining, and talkative. The staff and servers were always attentive and busy.

We beat the crowds in, but there were huge parties filing in the entire time we were there.

The fish was fresh, tasty, and cut perfectly. We will come back and I hope to see something on fire next time

I come here maybe a little too often! The food is always delicious! New Shogun rolls are my favorite! Logan is also really good! Last time I went we ordered 3 rolls and they served them on a boat! It was a really fun experience and we had a great time! Love it!

Great experience! Love the entertainment with them cooking in front of you. This was not as good as I am used to for taste of the food, my chicken seemed kind of bland in taste. Definitely not my favorite steakhouse place. Still we were seated quickly and service was excellent. They have discount days which was really nice!

We had a reservation for 12:30, we got there on time and were seats about 10 minutes later. Our waiter finally came about 10 minutes after we were seated. (There were only about 25 people in the restaurant! He was scatterbrained. He got my drink order and food order wrong. We waited an additional 15 minutes before the Hibachi Chef came out. ( I use the “Chef” term loosely) The food didn’t have as much flavor as other Hibachi restaurants we have been to. It just wasn’t a good experience..
An additional note, the women’s bathroom was filthy.

First visit here was a unique experience. The entire building has an amazing vibe inside and out. The size alone is enough to catch your attention. The 2 minor downfalls were: 1. It was pretty cold inside. It wasn’t just us, many people around us still had their coats on as well. And 2. The booths were a bit dated…rips and tears that had tape over them to cover up the blemishes.

Our waiter Brooks was top notch and made sure we had everything we needed. There were 5 of us. For appetizers we ordered Creamy Shrimp, Gyosa and Edamame. The entrees we ordered were Sushi, Bulgogi, Hibachi combo shrimp and scallops, Hibachi Tappenaki Chicken and Hibachi Scallops. Everyone was more than happy with their meals and portions were insane!!

Overall great experience would definitely go back if we’re in the area.

Our server was attentive, friendly and ensured a seamless experience. Dishes were plentiful and satisfying. Each bite was delicious, with impeccable seasoning. The teppanyaki grill experience was exhilarating! Our chef was hilarious, entertaining and mesmerizing. The team was knowledgeable, guiding us through menu options. Cozy atmosphere, perfect for special occasions or casual nights.

This place was a fun place to eat. The service was good. The food was amazing. I had the tender loin stake with a flaming Sam sushi roll. It was awesome. Others in our party had the volcano sushi role. It was a fun night with a great food.

Our experience with Shoguns was FANTASTIC! We met there for a class reunion dinner and it ended up being the perfect location for an event like that. We sat over in the semi-private hibachi area and were able to mix and mingle easily in that space. The food was wonderful, hostesses were attentive, cooks were friendly and entertaining, and overall our group had a great experience. We were able to bring in some balloons and a banner to help our area feel more like a party and the managers were so kind to accomodate us. 100% recommend this Shoguns location and can’t wait to return again soon 🙂

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I’m absolutely appalled and DISGUSTED by this place. I ordered a to-go order on Thursday December 11th, i’m pregnant and could not eat anything all day long due to not having an appetite. Around dinner time i finally had a huge craving for hibachi and decided to go to Shogun for the first time. I ordered the chicken and steak with extra teriyaki sauce, a volcano roll for my husband and opted to have my ginger salad exchanged for miso soup. They told me it would be a 20 minute wait, so i went in 20 minutes after ordering. I gave the host my name and he told me the to-go orders weren’t quite ready, so i waited an addition 30 minutes, that’s when i noticed to-go orders were going out but the host never called me over. When i went and asked the next hostess if my meal was ready she said it was and it had been sitting on a bench waiting. So i paid for my meal and walked out, only to realize they gave me a ginger salad and didn’t change it, so i went back in and had it corrected. In the car on the way home i started eating my meal only to have pretty bland food, definitely no extra teriyaki sauce was added. My husband could not even eat the Volcano roll because it was very “fishy” with the scallops added to the top. I continued to eat even though the meal tasted slightly off to me because i just spent over $50 for one meal and didn’t want my money to go to waste. Not even 2 hours after eating my meal i started to feel terrible. I felt extra bloated and disgusting. I tried to brush it off as maybe the pregnancy, well that was definitely not the case. I could not sleep at all at night and started throwing up with an extremely upset stomach among other things you can imagine. In the morning time my symptoms did not ease and i literally felt like i was dying. I called the restaurant and spoke to the regular manager and told him everything, with him promising a refund. He told me if i did not receive the refund by that tuesday to call back, well i did not get a refund so i called back. He told me the general manager Scott Lee wasn’t in but to call back until he was. I called every single day for him to not be in, until today, Friday the 19th. When i explained the situation he argued to me that i was not entitled to a refund due to him not having any other reports of food poisoning. With me being pregnant i’m SIGNIFICANTLY more likely to get food poisoning and food poisoning can cause miscarriage. He tried to tell me the Arkansas Health Department said i wasn’t entitled to a refund because no one else called food poisoning in. THIS IS EXTREMELY FALSE. Refunds are at the desecration of the establishment, AHD only needs more than one report to investigate if there’s an outbreak so Scott Lee completely lied to me. His manager promised me a refund and he made up his own lies so he didn’t have to dish out a refund after his restaurant had me deathly sick. DO NOT EAT HERE. They can’t keep their customers safe and the general manager has no idea how to be a manager, he’s extremely rude and argumentative. I feel bad for the employees for sure. I’ve also added the lasted health inspection report from 12/15/25 that’s shows they’re not in compliance with maintaining safe food.

Reservation for 8 people at 2pm. Seated at 2:10 with another group of 4 at 1 hibachi grill. Too crowded as some of us sat behind the chef. Chef arrived at 2:50. Manager gave us complimentary appetizers due to crowding and slow service. Food was ok but not great. Grease dripped from overhead vent several times landing on back of chef. Never landed in the food but had us all watching to see if it would. Wrong beers served to 2 members of our party. After meal, restrooms were in disarray with no towels to dry hands. Probably never going back.
