I came here with a large group of friends. The food was okay, though not amazing. The rice was good. The wait was very long. Two of my friends had to wait almost an hour, or perhaps longer, for their ramen while everyone else had already finished eating and left.

My favorite hibachi in the whole country. I moved 1000+ miles away, but I try to eat here at least once every time I’m visit family for Christmas. If we don’t have time to sit down for the show, we at least hit the drive thru on our way back to Colorado. While there is good sushi, there are zero hibachi restaurants in Colorado Springs. There’s nothing even remotely like it. Until next year, Shogun….

Its always a good meal. My husband will only eat fried sushi rolls and they have his favorite here. We have had almost everything as far as appetizers and they are all delicious. The yum yum sauce is soo good and you can purchase bottles of it.

The best sushi in town, hands down! Consistent and flavorful. The hillbilly, rainbow roll, and geisha roll are outstanding!
The steak hibachi is also very delicious
I docked them one star because their “American” food is not worth ordering…the portobello mushroom chicken should have been butterflied and didn’t have much flavor…stick to the hibachi and sushi

Atmosphere is cool, although I wouldn’t recommend getting a steak here from the kitchen. Much better options when seated at the grill area as far as quality and atmosphere.

I officially have a new favorite restaurant!
There were so many menu items I wanted to try! The family and I tried the following apps today:
Pork Belly
Crab Rangoon
Calamari
Of the apps we tried, while they were all delicious, my favorite was the pork belly!
For my main course I purchased the hillbilly roll. The sushi pieces were rather large, and so tasty! I thought I read they’d be spicy, but I didn’t find them to be spicy at all. Still, 10/10 recommend.
We split three desserts among ourselves. The Tennessee cheesecake, fried ice cream and crème brûlée. All three were tasty, but the cheesecake was my favorite!
Our waitress was super sweet!
The environment was overall really incredible. The ONLY thing I didn’t care for were the chairs. While they were comfortable they made so much noise when they were moved.
I would love to have a restaurant like this in Madisonville, KY. That said, even being an hour away, I will absolutely be back soon to try the other menu items.

This place is wonderful, clean and friendly place to eat! Best hibachi show in town. Always consistant with flavors and food quantity. Sushi is on point and I do mean the raw real sushi the way it was intended to be eaten. It’s perfect and quality of fish is super great and never disappoints. Staff is super friendly and happy! (BONUS POINTS HERE) Every dining experience is always better with a true smile and friendly disposition! I can say enough about this place and we will go back again and again with this type of food service. Love these Island folks!

It was fun to watch the food being cooked and having it served hot knowing it wasn’t sitting in the kitchen ready and waiting to come out. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. The carrots were perfect for me eat as I like them on the softer side rather than just cooked enough to be warm as in other places. It is a nice place to take kids as my grandson enjoys watching them cook the food. I do wish they had asked who wanted chop sticks to eat because I used the one that came with the sushi and my 7 year old grandson wanted to learn. He ate sushi for the first time and loved it.
