Food was amazing, prices & portions were great, and server was nice.
Like some reviews say, restaurant was a bit cold – but that’s because this is a sushi and hibachi restaurant! They keep it cold for the fish! Not to spite you easily-cold people!
The nigiri was yummy and I would totally come again if I was in the area!

This was a great place to eat at. I think my favorite Sushi Restaurant lol. I had the Rangoons, Rainbow, Sweet Potato and Mount Fuji Rolls. It all cost 32$. Sweet Potato Roll 7/10 just needs more cream cheese. Mount Fuji Roll 8/10 just needs to be fried 1 min longer. Rangoons 6/10 just basic nothing special but still delicious . Last the Rainbow Roll 8/10. Fresh and Tasty.
Shout out to Derek and Theresia both of them were very nice!! And gave great service. Food Game 7.5/10 Price Game 7/10. Portion Game 10/10. Overall Shogun 8/10. I will come back multiple times.

Average hibachi grill. Food was okay not amazing. Soup was more water than anything. Service was lacking leaving me to look around to get a refill and another time to get the bill so I could pay to leave. Not busy when I arrived and was seat quickly. Waited to get my order taken. Food was served at a great temp to eat it. 75/25 on visiting again when in town.

We came in last night about 6pm… A group of 4. We were told hibachi would be a 30 minute wait but fine in was available right them. We chose done in. We were seated in 5 minutes and waited 15 minutes before the waiter came to get our drink orders. It was all downhill from there. There was a waiter and I believe a manager. There were 6 tables. 2 of them arrived after we did. This waiter was awful. There were tables that needed cleaned and sushi that needed served and he just kept going back to the register to put more things in or act like he was. The presumed manager would ask him to get tables cleared and he would just stay on the computer. It wasn’t that busy as he was waiting for the food to be made. He seemed like he didn’t care to even try to do his job. He asked the manager to take the table next to us that arrived after us. We were there over a hour with no food and half our drinks late. We were there 45 minutes before our order was even placed. The lager was trying to pick up the slack a little but he didn’t even try. We ended up putting cash down for our drinks and walking out. I have had bad service before but nothing like this. I would say if you aren’t going for hibachi don’t bother but we won’t be going back at all. It wasn’t that busy and it was a small section with most tables getting endless sushi. What a nightmare.

We ordered take out from here just due to busy schedules. I LOVE hibachi and I’d been wanting it for awhile. When we picked up our order and drove home (30 minute drive), I went to unbox our food that was tightly packaged. After opening the top, I realized everything was soaked from a busted soup container. Everything was ruined. It was in the salad, through the containers, the sushi. I was so sad and disappointed! Huge waste of money!

First time here, we did a sit down and the robot served us our meal. Food was decent. Soup was not as thick as I prefer, the salad was good, the main course was chicken on my plate which again was average, rice was average and the veggies were very good. I would say I may stop back in as the robot was pretty neat. Jan 21st 2023, returning for a second try, again top notch service and the food again was top notch. Jan 28th decided to bring the Family here for dinner tonight. First Waiter was very nice. We sat down and got our beverages Sodas and me a Water. Ordered two Hibachi meals and two Sushi Rolls, long story short Hibachi meals were in the take home and the Rolls never came, we were pretty frustrated as we came as a Family to eat together and that never happened. I would say the Lunch experience is way better and not a crowded. We waited a while to be seated to never really eat together. The Hostess came over and gave us 20% off the meal, but taking home the late to the table sushi is like paying big money for Gas Station Sushi, it’s only good fresh. Not really happy with this visit at all. 2 stars now and not sure if I would recommend it for dinner. 3/12/23 So Son wanted to try one more time, got seated quickly, then waited, waited, waited, waited and waited, to the point of getting my car keys out and leaving. Food came out, not hot, chicken was dried out, fried rice was way off, the soup was not hot, Salad was only thing that look right. We both agreed we will not return again after today to dine in.

On one of the coldest days in the winter the restaurant was 54 degrees!!!! We asked if their heat was broken and the employee said no. It appears this is a purposeful attempt to save money. In spite of their very good food, it wasn’t worth the very pricy bill and efforts of the friendly employees to make it better. It was hard to celebrate an event with our family when all we could think about was how cold we were…
I wouldn’t go here again until it warms up.

The hibachi chef was excellent, and the food we did receive tasted amazing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant was extremely cold—so much so that a staff member mentioned it’s usually even colder, which made it uncomfortable to sit through the meal.

Service was also an issue. We were seated about 30 minutes after our reservation time, and it took another 15 minutes before our server took our drink orders. One person in our group ordered sushi instead of hibachi, but their food didn’t arrive until everyone else had already finished eating. Additionally, the appetizers we ordered never came out at all.

While the food quality and chef were highlights, the delays, missing items, and uncomfortable temperature took away from the experience.

We came for my boyfriends birthday and loved it! The food was very good, the server we had was absolutely amazing, and everyone was so nice!
We got the teriyaki entree, which was hands-down the most flavorful! That dinner included miso soup which was great, and the house salad with a wonderfully flavorful dressing. We got the spring rolls and crab Rangoon – the CR was incredible, the spring rolls were a little mushy and not super flavorful but still good! We got the Kani salad which was spicy, flavorful, and delicious! We had the Vegas Roll and the Passion Roll – the PR was great, the VR was good, the seaweed was a little chewy but overall still good flavor! He tried the regular Long Island and said it was good, strong enough, and worth the price!
Overall our experience was great, the food was delicious, and we had a great time! Next time we’ll try to get a seat for the Hibachi!

Sadly our first time dining here was terrible. We decided on dine in due to there being a 30 minute wait on the hibachi. We were a party of 4, and we’re placed on the dine in side. We waited roughly an hour and never received the food we ordered and only half our drink order. Once we noticed that people who arrived later than us were receiving their meals we decided to leave. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying their food.
