We stopped here during a roadtrip. I ordered beef and chicken bowl. The whole bowl got 1 piece of beef in it and everything else was chicken lol. The rice they use is also very cheap rice. Like seriously, it was just blatant that they are not even trying. The total was around 50$ + for 2 people. Also, it wasn’t busy on a monday but their restroom is dirty and doesn’t have anymore soap. On top of this, when you are ordering their machine ask for tip! It also tries to make you confuse to choose a higher amount of tip Crazy work definitely should not be in food business.

Shogun Express has been good the past several times I have had it. Not necessarily a cheap meal so don’t think that this is just fast food for a few dollars as it can add up quickly. But the bowls are great, the sushi is pretty darn good, and they sell deserts ready for takeaway. This restaurant looks great inside and has a very long bar top table for individual seating or maybe for a large party.

This experience was not good, I have to keep it real. Maybe they were having an off day, it happens in business. The food did not meet the bar. I thought fried rice meant frying it in a pan, never mind. The next time I’m back in Bowling Green maybe I will give them a make up visit.

Google says they close at 9. We were there at 7:30 and they had already started closing, which i underground if you are slow. The cashier was not very friendly or welcoming. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before he even spoke to us although he walked by 4 times filling salt shakers. Food came out quick as usual which is great.as well. There were no condiments on the table and since he didn’t ask if we wanted any, I had to go back to the counter and relive the 1st experience. All of our food was perfect except for the crab rangoon. It was overcooked, burnt, and extremely hard.

Ordered our entrees, but I decided to get a dessert afterward. The total for the cheesecake was $6.36, I gave him $7.00. He took my money, closed the register and didnt give me my change. I know it wasn’t much, but the rudeness that I experienced was ridiculous. You need new workers. He was a light skinned gentleman with an afro. He definitely acted like he hated his job.

Food is always so fresh. There’s never a wait for food to be made fresh. Some of the best tasting food you can get fast. And when their food truck is at NCM/ National Corvette Museum is always hits the spot after racing/autocross. It’s the perfect type of food to get you going.

This is a chain store, which is ok. we are new to the area and was surprised at how much we spent for the 2 of us. The tables felt sticky even after the guy cleaned them. So maybe it was the coating in the tables. The one thing I thought was unprofessional was the employees being on their phones while at the counter.
