My son and I went here for lunch today. I got my usual, the loaded quesadilla and my son got the striploin entree. We have always been skeptical on ordering steak when out to eat, as it is a hit and a miss. Today, my son’s steak was exceptional, he said it was as if dad cooked it at home (which is a big deal, dads cook the BEST steak). Rightfully so, I had to try a bite, and he wasn’t wrong. I made sure to tell our serve, as it definitely was the best steak we’ve ever had in a restaurant.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress, Corina. She was absolutely fantastic with my son – patient, friendly, and genuinely engaged with him, which made our visit so much more enjoyable. She checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured the food was exactly to our liking. Her attention to detail and warm attitude truly went above and beyond. Corina’s exceptional service made our meal memorable, and we’re looking forward to coming back!

Went here for the first time for my birthday. Food was great (other than only being able to get burger well done). Every thing was hot and serves quick. The best part of our experience was Hai, our server. He was amazing! Quick, personable, and even wished me happy birthday! We’ll definitely be back and hopefully get Hai again.

The service was fantastic. The waitress was very nice. But my crispy noodle dish was not good. Honestly, I thought it would be real Chinese noodles. It was the noodles from the store which cost like 44 cents a pack… even at the dollar store, you can find these noodles. And the shrimps were extremely salty . My friends burger patty was burnt, he said. The fries were not good. The chicken wings were not great. When we bit into the chicken wings, it was mostly veins and blood, then any white meat in it. The chicken bone was dark red and black, which usually means it’s not good. Overall the food was not good but the service was great.

Had a great experience at Shoeless Joe’s in Cornwall. Our server, Ainsley, was friendly, attentive, and truly made our visit enjoyable. Even though she’s new, she fit right in and did an amazing job. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend!

Although some food arrived a little slower than others just because of how a kitchen works sometimes. The manager and staff are extremely gracious and offered us complimentary items to compensate for the delay. We are extremely appreciative of the gestures and will definitely return of course. Just goes to show you how a small error treated with such high regard and the wanting to correct can create a great rebound in service. Thank you to Ali the manager and Brianna our server. 10/10!

Waited an hour and a half for our food. Watched two groups sit and eat and leave while we were waiting for our food. Waitress was lovely and when inquired about food it came out shortly afterwards. Was not pleased with any of the four meals served; specifically the cordon bleu. It arrived burnt – not crispy, but completely charred.
