We love Shirley’s we’ve been there a couple times now. The owner is always there she’s wonderful. Their food is excellent. Best potatoes anywhere, of any breakfast place I’ve ever had 10 out of 10.

I’ve lived in the area for over 30 years. This is the first time I’ve been to this restaurant. Overall, the food was good and environment seemed to be pleasant. A lot of Elvis based nostalgia on the walls giving it a retro vibe.
My main concern was the lack of attentiveness to refill my coffee, water, or to see if I needed anything else. The place was pretty empty when I arrived around 1230pm. I don’t wanna call it rude, but it seemed like the server was indifferent even though I told third it’s my first time there. I did leave a decent tip, but I usually tip at 50% for good service (not this time). When the transaction was completed there was no thank you for coming, come again, or goodbye. They just rushed off.
Summary:
Good food and OK service. The prices are little higher compared to other breakfast places in the greater area, but not so bad.
I would comeback again if invited, but I would probably choose other options if given the choice. Not the greatest, but not really enough to overturn a 4 star rating. Low end 4 star, but a 4 star nonetheless.

Stopped by for a carry out was told I couldn’t sit to wait for order.so I walked around outside till the order was done.came back in a gentleman came in and ask for a table for one the woman behind the counter told him didn’t have one even though clearly was a table right there he left. I received my order she never looked at me I even gave the grumpy woman a 5.00 tip she never said nothing wouldn’t even make eye contact. I wish took my 5 back for all most 30 dollars for breakfast plus 5 tip . I just think you need better happier workers.and if I ever stop again if I walk in and she us working I am leaving. I cant stress enough on how rude she was. She clearly doesn’t like her job

Small space but didn’t take more than 20 minutes to be seated at 11am on Thursday. The crispy chicken wrap is pretty good . The fries are crispy but they definitely need to change the oil bc it tastes old. Service was nothing special the busser did more than the server. I hope he gets tipped out. Overall a good place to eat for someone visiting the area.

Love this place, so cozy This has been my grandparents go to for years. I still take my grandpa from time to time since he’s lost my grandma. The food is always delicious, we always have great service, they always remember my grandpa’s order and he loves that haha. Definitely give this place a shot, can’t beat the prices either, plus cool Elvis decor.

The owner and waitress are extremely nice. Great service. Great food. The history of ownership is very exciting and interesting. It’s was famous for deserts, pies and cakes. It’s and old school Elvis vibe. It’s just a great little restaurant in Linden MI.
