Absolutely amazing experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Frank was a wonderful server—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was incredibly authentic and truly brought back beautiful memories of Russia. Every dish felt homemade and full of flavor. If you’re looking for genuine Uzbek cuisine and great service, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the best Central Asian restaurants out there. Great dining options, me and my friend ended up getting Lagman, Plov and “Kartoshka” alongside with kompot and Uzbeki tea. Everything came out tasty and excellent. Atmosphere is homelike as well. Special thanks to Frank and Albert for being such great hosts! Will be back once in the area.

It’s a relatively small place for group or family gatherings, so definitely make a reservation 1-2 days ahead before you go. Go in groups. Their food comes in large portion and so filling, and everything on the menu looks so tempting; if you go alone, you won’t know how to order. We had a group of 6, empty stomaches, tried almost a little bit of everything from the menu, but still came back with a lot of leftovers. We loved everything: soups, buns/breads, eggplant appetizers, meat kabobs, desserts. They charge 20% tips for party of 6+, and 3.5% process fee for using credit cards. For their friendly and quick service, and given how complicated the food is, I think it’s reasonable. They did not serve free tab water, but they gave us complimentary hot tea towards the end. Overall, for $60 per person, good food and good experience.

Outstanding experience.
Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The compote was excellent, the samsa was worth the wait, and every dish tasted homemade. We brought another couple who had never tried this type of cuisine before, and they loved it. Frank was a fantastic host, and his mom’s homemade desserts were exceptional. Highly recommend this place — authentic food, warm service, and a great overall vibe.

We came to Shirin to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. It was roughly a ~50 minute drive. It was worth every mile! Every made-to-order dish was excellent. Highly recommend this family owned business.

One of our favorite restaurants in the area! It’s such a welcoming place with delicious food. We’ve tried the Manti, Meat Kutabi, Uzbek Plov, and Pork Shashlik, and everything was fantastic. My personal recommendation is the Meat Kutabi—crispy with juicy meat inside, it reminds me of the Crimean dish Yantyk. Make sure to order manti in advance, as there is bit of a wait time for them (~ 30 minutes). They are making this dish from scratch and do not freeze it. The shashlik was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, while the plov was perfectly flavorful. The staff here are wonderful—friendly, attentive, and they provide excellent service.
