The food is frozen then deep fried. It’s horrible. Even the staff that works there says the food is bad. Way overpriced food.

Had great turkey club and fish and chips. We loved the side tots. Typical airport prices but it was way better than typical airport food.

So. Airport food is definitely upgraded with Shipyard as an option! The Bloody Marys were top rate and our food; the BBQ Sandwich and Smasburger, both with crispy, delicious fries, were outstanding! “Angela” was a super representative (we dined at 10:15 AM on 12/30/25), so much so that I want to recommend she be assigned to manage the Shipyard at The Inn on Peaks. It desperately needs someone with more than a pulse running it! She stated she had managerial experience; I say, please send her over! We summer there and it is abysmal that The Inn on Peaks doesn’t have a better restaurant! Thank you for the consideration!

I swear one of the servers was either drunk or high. Blonde girl on Oct 26 3pm. Extremely rude to coworkers and loud. Swearing, dropping F-bombs. Extremely immature and inappropriate behavior. She’s not even my server. Bartender was polite, courteous, attentive.

Prices were extraordinarily high, even for an airport, for very poor quality frozen, then fried food probably from Sysco. No service, you have to order with an app. Someone drops your food off with a pile of napkins and plastic fork and knife and walks away without a word, and then when you pay bill, gratuity automatically goes to the 20% button. Unfortunately, Linda Beans restaurant isn’t much better.

BEWARE! Make sure to ask the price of drinks before you order them. They conveniently don’t have the prices for alcoholic drinks listed on the menu so I was surprised to get my bill for $35 for a beer and a glass of wine. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean, the staff was very nice and the food was good.

Food was of surprisingly high quality for an airport. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. Compared to other options at PWM, make this place your choice.

As expected not cheap. Service was good. Food not so much. Shipyard sandwich fish was soggy, the tarter sauce was mediocre, only thing good was the tator tots.
They did have a blueberry beer on draft tht was really good.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is truly special. Literally the worst service, food, and disheveled experience I’ve had at any service establishment – anywhere.

When the sign says, “Please wait to be seated” and you stand there for 10 minutes with none of the staff acknowledging that you are even there waiting, that puts a really poor impression of the service to expect. A simple, ‘we’ll be right with you’ would have been appreciated. There were 3 of us, but apparently they we too busy to care. I will now walk to the other end of the terminal to avoid dealing with them again.
