Lady with black hair working the morning of 1/2/26 was rude. I just sat down after learning my flight was delayed for 6-7 hours and needed a minute to gather my annoyance before eating. She asked if I was going to order and I told her not quite yet because I needed to chill out for a second. She immediately went, “Then you can’t sit here.” As if it was busy when there was only 3 other people there.
Don’t work at an airport if you can’t handle stressed out customers. Prices aren’t even worth me sitting there for basic food.

Typical forgettable airport “pub” food yet best off the mediocrity offered at Portland ME airport.
While inside the Portland ME airport terminal we had a choice between this place, Burger King and lobster. We’ve had plenty of lobster and not into Burger King so this was our choice. Ordered the quesadilla and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were very good. French fries could have been a little more crispy. Quesadilla was too mushy. Needed to be crisped up a little bit longer.
When you’re at the airport and in a captive food audience scenario, this is not a bad place to go. Note: Managed by airport HMS Food Services. They have a standing 15% discount for all military so if you are military don’t forget to use it!

We showed up two hours earlier for our flight so we could have breakfast. Only to show up to this establishment only serving breakfast till 9:30. So we walked out and had to find something else. Which we did a bagel place next door that only had one person working, old bagels with no flavor. So far this whole airport has been a disappointment. Will be glad to fly out.

Shipyard Brew Pub is the best restaurant in the Portland International Jetport. Fast, friendly, and efficient staff. The food is much bigger and better than your usual airport pub. I really enjoyed the classic cheeseburger and fries. Great choice of craft beer, cocktails, and wine too.

Bleu burger had weird old tasting meat and was so sloppy. The bottom bun was mush and the flavors were all off. Bacon was under cooked. Wait staff was quick but rolled eyes when I didn’t get a drink and asked for water. For a $30 burger I expect better even at the airport.

This place was ridiculously expensive for just average food. Our bill was $66 for two adults to share a club sandwich and fries, with each having one alcoholic beverage. Each alcoholic beverage was $20 or more. Ridiculous. Of course, the prices of the beverages were not posted anywhere, except the bill.

Decent fries. The problem was it took an hour and a half to get them…. We sat down when the place was nearly empty, ordered, then the place got busy and our initial server completely ignored us. We got our order only after almost everyone that came in after had left asking for it twice. We were really chill about it since we weren’t in a huge rush, but it is frustrating that they didn’t apologize or own up to it. Not cool.

I was so grossed out, I had to write a review. We sat at the bar and watched the bartender pick all garnishes for drinks with her hands, scoop ice with the cup shes serving the drink in, handle glasses at the rim, and place dirty drink receipts on top of the beer/drinks. I thought about ordering food, but changed my mind.
