Hey yall
I’ve been bypassing this place for years. My boss told me about it and I couldn’t pass up the chance to stop in.
The plaza has plenty of parking and the service is great.
It was slow when I went because it was a snow day but it was still a good experience. Apparently they have a dart league and trivia night here. I may come back for trivia but I thought the dart league sounded cool.
I had some of the fish sandwich my boss ordered because she raved about it.
And let’s be clear it’s something to write home about.
If you’re looking for a place to grab a drink and something to nibble on. Stop in and see for yourself.

I chose this place for the free clams on your birthday so that is a nice perk. You seat yourselves so there was no wait for a table. Our waitress was pleasant but we did have to track her down after a long wait to pay our bill. My son and I both got the French onion soup and yuck. The onions were cut very large and were hard, as in not cooked down at all. My son also had a chefs salad which he enjoyed. My other son got a burger which appeared to be a frozen preformed patty. My husband got the fish and chips and also didn’t like the fish. I did enjoy my birthday clams. But based on the yucky burger, fish and soup, gross men’s room (per my husband) and fairly slow service, I would not return.

They’ve been such good bartenders and never neglect staff. Special shoutout to Kristin, so attentive! With good laughs! Good bartenders are hard to come across and she was one of the bests! And a big lesson.. only expect respect if given! I love you babe and we will miss you!!!

Went for my birthday dinner and was so excited about the steamers. They were disgusting, I couldn’t even make it through my first bite without spitting it out. Then I got the “fried chicken” sandwich. I asked our waitress how it was and she said delicious, really good. It came out and it was a chicken patty. Very disappointing is an understatement.

I ordered the Prime rib French Dip, was definitely the worst one I’ve had in my lifetime, stale roll, barely any meat on it and the meat that was on it was dry, oh and they call it a dip, but dont give you any au jus to dip it in. I definitely will not be going back and I do not recommend anyone to go there. I would have gotten a better meal at McDonald’s for the $20 I spent on the crap I just had

I’ve been coming to ships pub for some time and the one thing I look forward to is the chicken buffalo dip and I was very dissatisfied with the chicken buffalo dip it was super oily and typically and nice burnt top with cheesy goodness in the Middle/bottom, it doesn’t even taste the same , but waiter was super nice and quick with taking. When you see a mandatory gratuity notice posted at any food establishment that’s your sign to leave. It usually indicates that no one is tipping due to bad food or poor service. Our server was doing the best she could but our food was not good,our French fries I believe were made the day before,cold and hard as were my wife’s as well. My burger was over cooked and cold .

This was my 1st time at Ship’s Pub. We asked the waitress what the establishment was known for food wise and she said wings and a few other things. We ordered boneless wings with Buffalo sauce. We also ordered a side of fries . The fries were nice and hot and and done perfectly.. The boneless wings on the other hand were disaster. They were barely warm, hard as rock and dried out.
It was trivia night So there was a decent crowd but it wasn’t packed. Can’t say that I’d be in a hurry to go back.

My friends and I have lunch there often. Food is good and reasonable. We choose to sit in the back room so we can talk and catch up with each other. It has quickly become one of our favorites!
