We wanted to get to Castlewood and try out the burger battle burger and it was pretty good! The service was great and we were pleasantly surprised for what the typical “bar food” one would expect, but it was a level higher than that.

A fun small town bar. Played shake a day (1 try vs. some places allow 3) and did some pull tabs while we waited for our food. The fried chislic was delicious. I did ask for a little extra seasoning, but that was a personal preference. The other 3 at my table did not need. The loaded hashbrowns were so good, too!

This was our 3rd time visiting Ships Inn. First time ordering food. We had a large group, and our food was timely, as ordered, and had excellent taste. Many had their prime rib, and it was excellent. My husband was happy to see New England Clam Chowder as the soup for the special. Our server was kind, very personalable, and always had a smile. Terry, Angie, and Justin all came to check in with us to see if we needed anything and to visit with us. We also had Adam come and visit to make sure we were satisfied with his cooking! Their service and atmosphere are the best. What they have everyone should try to duplicate. We will definitely be back! Thank you all for being so welcoming!

Went there for lunch and a beer Sat. The service was super nice and friendly. The food came fast and it was really really tasty. The onion rings were especially nice. Hubby had a juicy burger done to perfection. I had the fish n chips. We’re going to be back soon and often.

First time visitor of the Ships Inn. Great food. We had the Cracken Burger, Stroganoff Burger, Mack Melt and Fish basket. All of it was great. Tons of appetizers on the menu, chicken wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads, steaks, etc.

Ships inn is a family owned tavern. Justin was the bartender when we were there. His grandma was cooking we had the combo basket and gizzard it was going to be just a snack but there was so much it was dinner
