I really don’t even know how they are still open, every time I go by there to ask for any item at all, it seems they are out of it. Service is very slow and over all Customer Service is not great. Food items are not very tasty. I have seen where the sign is turned on stating OPEN, but I have gone through the drive-thru and no one answers. Giving them a 1 star is being generous.

I ran in and picked up a sausage kolache with cheese. There were 3 people working behind the counter. No one even said a word when I walked in and up to the counter. They just stared at me. The kolache was super old and dried out. The bread was literally crusty, and the whole sausage was visible down the side. It was the worst kolache I’ve ever had and extremely overpriced as well. I won’t be back.

We come everyday and we love it except for the lady with the accent in the mornings. She is very rude and gives me anxiety because I would really love to tell her to quite if she it’s so frustrated and angry with her job she just never has a smile and sometimes she makes my daughter cry with how loud and in a hurry she is. Other than that we love the Victoria Shipleys. I mean it’s the only one we have.

Donuts are small and flat.. I purchased some filled donuts and they hardly had any filling inside. I used to love this place but now its overpriced and quality has gone down. 2 stars but not worth the trouble. Lots of other good donut shops around town. Big sad

We ordered crunchy donuts and instead got glazed chocolate iced donuts with sprinkles. I cannot stand iced donuts of any kind and absolutely NO sprinkles! If they were out of crunchy I would have ordered something else that we like instead of the crap we got! Disgusting! I threw them away. I also ordered glazed blueberry cake donuts and those were as hard as a rock and super dry. They tasted like yesterday’s donuts. I had a sausage and cheese kolache which was just ok. I had one glazed which was fine. This order was very disappointing and did NOT satisfy our donut craving at all! I can get crummy donuts anywhere for way cheaper if that’s what I want. We will not be back.

I absolutely love stopping here every morning. This is my go to for my son‘s donuts. The highlight of my morning is Jennifer‘s upbeat attitude, and always willing and ready to serve with a smile. It is really hard to have a bad day when she starts off the morning with such a great attitude. I really appreciate the service that she always provides every time I go. And when she is not there, I miss her being there. You for being the best part of our morning Jennifer!
