Very clean and well-maintained shop. The donuts were fresh and delicious, and I really appreciated the variety they offered. There are a few dining tables available for those who want to sit and enjoy. A nice highlight is the viewing window where you can watch the donuts being made — kids especially will love this! The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit!

It’s my 1st time ordering from Shipleys and it’s for my kiddo’s birthday party. I ordered 2 dozen sprinkled donuts and expecting them to be the rainbow colored sprinkled as pictured. However, what I received was a Halloween colored theme sprinkles instead. When my kids opened it, they said “Ewww, why is it like that?” Many of the donuts also had pinched marks on the icing layer, like someone handled them improperly when packing them into the box. Overall they’re just sad looking and I’m disappointed with the appearance of them, especially when they’re meant for a birthday treat.

This place is consistently good! We live in the area and often stop by to grab a box of donuts to binge on!!
My husband loves their donuts and the people who work here are always super nice!
We wish they were open 24/7 so that we could indulge more often!

The whole staff at this Shipley location provided a wonderful morning! Felt incredibly welcomed on what was a dreary Saturday morning and got to enjoy kolaches (so yummy) and donuts (even yummier).

Klauf, Roberto, and Ronnie were so kind and welcoming in the shop. I had a great experience interacting with all of them and they made my Shipley experience wonderful.

Not sure if the man working the register was the manager or not, but when I pulled in he was in the front smoking a cigarette. No big deal… but when walking in to the shop right behind him, he never went to wash his hands. He didn’t say hello or give any kind of greeting. He just looked at me and said, “Yes?”. I asked him if he had a certain donut and his response was by waving his hand to the back counter and saying, “What you see is what I have. I close in 40 minutes!”. I told him I would go somewhere else because I didn’t feel welcome, and that he needed to work on his attitude if he didn’t want to lose customers. He just laughed at me and waved bye… I frequented this location often as I live very close, but will not be returning. Customer service is a hard job, trust me I know, but I’ve been in the business myself now for quite a while and have never & would never treat a customer that way. I would never treat anyone that way. Do better Bee Cave location.

Donuts were not too bad for 1:00 pm. Lots of variety. Employee behind the counter was friendly and helpful as far as recommending things to do around Austin.

I have never had a bad Donut at Shipley’s! They are fresh and ohhhh so good. My grandkids must have a Shipley every Saturday come rain or shine. The folks working there are so nice and very helpful & patient to little ones while they try to decide which donut they must have for the day. Once they finish their donuts, the little ones and OK, me, have to stand at the windows and watch the ever faithful donut specialist make the most incredible donuts and kolaches. This is how sugar filled memories are made.

I ordered a DoorDash from this location and they completely messed up my order and substituted with things I did not want. I will not be ordering from this location again it’s not that hard to do donuts.
