Worst Experience ever !
I was really craving an Iced nut roll, drove 10 minutes just to satisfy my cravings & I ended up with a RAW roll..

More than once at 7am they never have anything made. How does a donut shop not have donut products ready to sale in the morning? As a business, you would assume they would have what they advertise ready to sell. Worse Shipleys in the valley hands down.

A new place with very courteous employees. They had specialty donuts decorated for Easter. Really, really enjoyed their filled donuts! The glazed were good but not spectacular. Sorry for the glare, didn’t notice it when I took the picture.

Our facility opens up 7am and it’s an hour commute, so I put an online order on Tuesday for 6am Friday for all our workers to enjoy. I arrived at the time Friday and apparently they don’t receive online orders till the day of so they weren’t ready as promised. I asked to set them up for Monday same time instead. Called Sunday to be sure they’d be ready and they answered with a plain “hello”? After that I realized this a systemic issue between the online ordering system and a lack of professionalism from the local store. They gave me the managers # but I’m losing confidence in this franchise.

Workers were very friendly and the food was amazing! You can definitely tell that their food is made by hand. Me and my husband got 1 dozen of do-nut holes for 2.19$ (with tax). Very airy and not too sweet. 1 iced salted caramel coffee is definitely WAY better than McDonald’s. Also their cheese and sausage Kols are a great size for the price.
