It doesn’t matter who takes our order, whether inside or at the drive-thru, they are always super friendly. We especially appreciate they don’t cram all the donuts in a bag, smushing them & smearing the icing. There’s a good amount of filling in the filled donuts, & our favorites- the apple fritters, devil’s food, & long john donuts- are all top notch.

I had the most wonderful experience this evening!! Katherine Salinas is exceptional! The best customer service I’ve had in a while! She was working alone and attended me and the drive through with grace! I felt so comfortable and not rushed with my big order. Katherine is extremely helpful and sweet. She even went out of her way to fill a donut they were out of! I wish there were more employees like her. Definitely going back to that location!

This is my first time going to a shipleys, I went on sunday Morning shorty before 10am , It was very clean in thee even though its dated. The staff greeted me right away and friendly while she assisted me! I was very impressed with the level of customer service, while she was helping me two more people arrive and she promptly greeted them while finishing her transaction with me.
