Normally the quality of the food is decent. However, over the past few visits they have been out of certain flavors of filled donuts. Most recently the filled donuts had very little filling in them. I am assuming placing the filling in the donuts over worked the staff (this is why the donuts had very little filling). There was no napkins in the bag. I am assuming this may have overworked the staff as well. Also, the lady that came to the window appeared like she was quite ill as slow as she moved. Appeared as if she rolled out of bed and came to work hungover. She also laid all in the window due to it was too difficult for her to stand up. The staff needs some MAJOR training on customer service.

I ordered happy birthday donuts for my son’s 13th birthday. Being that his birthday fell on a Friday which is a school day, I ordered the donuts to be ready at 6am so I could surprise him before school. I arrived at 5:51a, 9 minutes before they should’ve been ready. The young lady went to the back and searched around then came back and said you ordered them for 6am and that she was about to do them. She was very unfriendly, just dry and not reassuring. Concerned, I said I understand that I am 9 minutes early but will they be ready in 9 minutes? She said yes. They were not.. I left the shop almost 20 minutes after 6. I live a half hour away and was late setting up my son’s surprise. Just not the best experience after paying almost $40 for happy birthday donuts that were decent. I wouldn’t order again. Customer service is everything.

Terrible. Was very disappointed. They didn’t even have old fashioned doughnuts. Their kolaches had no effort put into them. All in all it was a very unsettling experience. Made my girlfriend cry.

I’m paying for the donuts, not getting them for free. Last time I went I asked for custom dozen and the lady decided to just complete my order with whatever she thought was close enough.
It’s not the 1st time either. Every time I ask choose more than 2 kinds, same lady changes her attitude to not so friendly.
And we’ll it gets old hearing I only have 2 of those, when it’s easy to modify one of the donuts. Daylights does it with pleasure
