This place has lost its touch and complete sense! Consistently serve COLD AND OLD DONUTS! This time I ask for a cinnamon roll without icing! I LITERALLY GOT FLUFF BREAD. NO CINNAMON. IT WASNT EVEN A ROLL. JUST A BIG FLUFF! LOOK AT MY PICTURE IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME. I HAD TO OPEN IT UP JUST TO MAKE SURE MY THOUGHTS WAS RIGHT. NO CINNAMON! And let me add. Don’t get the kaloches it’s MOSTLY bread and the sausage taste CHEAP! And between 4 and 6 AM they will not have anything ready besides the old items from the previous day.

I like the glaze donut but the one’s with filling are never full not even half way I have told them and brought it to their attention by opening it in front of the Vietnamese guy who I think is either the manager or owner and he blames it on the machine that it did not fill that one. It is every time I go so just to let you know the filled ones just have a smijet of filing. Very disappointed because the donuts them selves are not half bad.

Got a dozen donuts, different flavors and they used literally the smallest box possible and stuffed them in there making the different flavored donuts rub off onto one another. No one wants a Chocolate donut that has no icing because it’s stuck to the bottom of another one. Definitely will not go back for donuts here. Especially to feed employees!!!!

Wow. This place is amazing, best Shipley’s I’ve been to. I’m not from this area but I’m a big Shipley fan so I had to stop by. Me and my family all agreed their sausage and cheese kolaches are the best we’ve ever had from anywhere. They came out fresh from the oven and I would make the five hour drive back from my hometown just for those! The donuts were perfect. The location is really busy but you can see why. Great customer service too, the girl who took my order was very nice!

Hot fresh donuts! Donuts all taste good, glazed donuts are the best when you buy them early in the morning. Kolaches are good too, bread tastes homemade. Place is clean and the employees are fast and nice. I sometimes feel rushed when they are filling our dozen donuts in the box…depends on who you get. We caught a worker filling bags of donut holes with no gloves not cool dude.

This is one of our go to donut shops in mid county. They are my husband’s favorite, especially the strawberry iced and white iced donuts. They always have really good service here and sometimes sneak an extra donut into the bag for us.
