This location is hands down the best shipleys! I was so happy when I walked in and they had an ice and soda machine! Then the also sold bottled unsweetened tea! I looked at my brother and said the only thing that could make this any better is if the had mustard and to my surprise they did! None of the other locations I’ve been to had these items. All Shipleys have kolaches and donuts that’s a given. I want to say thank you to the owner of this location for adding these items to your store. I pay attention to the small details. To add the last time I went to a different location the kolaches were hard and old. I am glad I stopped here. The kolaches and donuts were fresh. Plus the kolaches are best with mustard!

I went through the drive through and the customer in front of me had a dog with her…the attendant started petting the dog. I drove up to the window asked if she was going to wash her hands before handling my order. She said “what for?” Obviously I left.

I love Shipley Donuts and this location is very convenient to where I live. The negative thing about this location is order accuracy. Sadly, and this no exaggeration, half of the time I go, they get my order wrong. They are not usually that busy so I am not sure what the problem is. But, I like the donuts so I simply double check before driving away. I try not to stress. I just focus on how good the first bite will be! 🙂

Poor customer service! I used the drive through and when the woman came to the window I said hi how are you, no response. I gave my order but then she asked if I wanted the rest glazed. She wasn’t listening! I open my order and it WRONG! This is the last time I ever go to any Shipleys!!! Overrated!!
