No donut ever tasted like the ones that were sold here. I became a fan back in 1957 at the one on Jensen Dr. The taste is unique and wonderful. Yet always the same. Don’t miss your chance when the Shipley sign showes up on your route, pull in and reward yourself. Even if you haven’t done anything to deserve it.

Who doesn’t love a warm Shipley’s donut. In my opinion they have the best donuts ever but that’s me. The shop is open early at 4AM. I know for sure because when my husband used to take donuts to work for everyone, he’d tell me that he had to go by Shipley’s first. The store is always clean and the staff is super nice. They have a drive thru of course and the chocolate milk is always cold, like it should be!
*Update* 3/15* Running late this morning for appt and skipped dinner so zipped through the drivethru at Shipley’s and was met with a smile and given super quick service when I mentioned that I was running behind schedule. Always friendly and great service. The warm, ,glazed donut was so delicious. Wish I’d had time for another!

Service is great , Staff are nice. The only issue is that I spent money here too many times to not collect points on the app. The lady in Drive thru couldn’t understand English. The frustration already. Then I showed her my barcode to check in she said she don’t know. Early morning I didn’t wanna call the mgr and overdue it but Like my Bday just passed and I don’t think I’ll be able to redeem my 2 free donuts cuz staff haven’t been taught that app feature. So I’m missing out 2x times.

I wanted to be a bit harsher with my stars but I cant because its Shipley’s…… They are a go to breakfast spot for me and the service has always been A PLUS. But the kolaches are going downhill in my opinion. And that was a staple to me. Bread hasnt been all the way cooked, seems like the snausages are getting smaller or the breads getting bigger and they are skimpy on the cheese. Im not eating shipleys in the AM to be healthy. FIll that sucker up.

Never experienced this before at any Shipley’s. This is my first time at this location. Their chocolate donut is extremely dense. Not your typical and famous Shipley’s donuts. I gave two stars for the server: good customer service. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
