Horrible service! The big sign outside said “Hot” donuts until 11 AM. However, we were given a cold donut and cold donut holes. When I politely asked for a warm one, both employees seemed visibly irritated and asked my husband to park so they could bring it out. Their attitude made me so uncomfortable that I ended up throwing the donut away. Nope…I no longer trusted them to handle my food.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning around 11AM. I got a dozen of donuts. Half chocolate ice and have classic glazed. They were tasty as always and the staff member was nice. I will definitely return to this location.

I went to get sausage and cheese kolaches and some plain kolaches(no cheese) due to food allergies. When I bit into the “plain” kolaches they were all ham and cheese. Might have to leave work early. Thanks a lot….

This is by far the worst shipleys I have been to. The lady working in the front is incredibly rude. They don’t have hardly any donuts other than regular glazed. If you ask about any others, the wonderful lady will inform you. that they don’t make them at this location… really, they don’t make bear claws cinnamon twist or strawberry flavored iced donuts.. what a disgrace.. don’t waste your time coming here.

The associates were rude. After correcting her nicely because my order was incorrect they continue to smirk and talk between them made me feel really uncomfortable. I understand they work in an unprofessional environment but, have some sort of customer service.

Language barrier made it difficult to order what I wanted. If the person at the window wasn’t familiar with a menu item I was ordering, I’d just have to skip that order. They even seemed to be frustrated with ME as if I was wasting their time, haha so strange. In the end this location only missed out on a few bucks from me but I’m sure it adds up when every customer has to skip or compromise an order due to employee unfamiliarity with menu. We left with one less order and one wrong one. All were delicious 🙂

Waited 15 minutes behind a jeep. Only to get to the window and see only one young lady dispatching both front and drive through!! I know owner knows when sales are going to be up specially when weather is going to be cooler. Almost felt like getting off and helping her but that’d make the owner richer!!! I hope this young lady gets paid for two at least every time she has to work alone! Even if employees called in last minute I hope she gets compensated extra for her effort!!! Time I left the window cars were all around and more than 4 people inside

What’s worse than not getting Shipleys Donuts? Getting subpar Shipleys donuts. The sausage and cheese kolaches were very dry. The glazed donuts were ice cold. The staff was just as cold. I definitely regret spending money at this location.
