The food is fine. The service varies. I don’t like it when my order is placed and the female worker stands there like she’s demanding me to pay upfront especially when I don’t see other customers get the same treatment. I am a regular paying customer who is intelligent enough to actually pay for my order once it is received.

When we walked in, it smelled really clean and the lady behind the counter was friendly.

Small location in the strip center. Four tables available to sit and eat in. Selection of donuts is average. The taste of their coffee is not very good, and there’s a limited type of condiments. The kolache is a bit over priced at $2.50. A small annoying detail is that they ask for a tip when paying. However this location is fast to get people in and out.

I like this place very much. i went there one day and they gave me a free bag of donut holes.Then, today they gave me a free choclate glazed donut. Casheir was super nice its very peaceful i would reccomend going there.

So as a trusted local guide I normally will give a location a couple of opportunity visits to really “show me who they are” and Shipleys in general and especially this location is who they continue to show me who they are
Small location located in an older, well kept strip mall. Service is absolutely horrendous at this location and there is never any attempt to make the experience any better. Always seems a bit warm inside the space. Has I believe 5 small tables to sit and eat at. Not sure if it’s the oil or the preparation, but the donuts don’t seem as fresh. I would avoid trying to obtain a resolution for anything on-site as the staff will “pretend” not to understand you and walk off to the back or just move to the next customer. Order completely wrong and items not present. Personally I would say avoid this location unless you have no other choice. **update** my spouse returned to get correction on missing items and I quote “they were rude and almost aggressive towards me and then feigned an apology, we won’t be going back.

They have donuts and it’s clean. The staff is ok. I like the fact that they stay open nearly all day. Even if you get a donut craving at lunch they have you covered. Plus, I like my donuts warm and they will ask you if you’d like to warm it up. A lot of places don’t ask or make that available.

Quality has gone down lately. Their donuts used to be so fresh and hot with just the right amount of glazed. My last few visits they’ve been soggy with way too much glaze and a stale taste. Will probably have to stop visiting this one.
