What the hell is even this? Customer service was great but how did she not notice the weiner was stuck to the bag. This is gross and cant be eaten at all. She had the paper bag on the counter before placing it into a plastic bag. Im not trying to get sick but PLEASE tell your staff to check the food theyre giving out. Yalls food aint cheap to be making these type of mistakes. Yall will get someone sick bot paying attention how food is being handle

I asked for 2 glazed donuts and the lady brought them out in a bag. I kindly asked if she would place them in a box because I wasn’t finished ordering. She responded rudely, “What size box do you want?! You didn’t say that you wanted them in a box.” I asked her if she was okay. She still had an attitude. I should have just walked away without purchasing. I did tell her that her attitude was not kind. She apologized.

Shipley Do-Nuts shops are easy to find, offer a wide variety of donuts and drinks, and are open late. Perfect for satisfying the occasional sweet tooth urge. For Christmas this Bellaire location, at least, even offers letters to Santa, complete with a post box outside.

This location claims to be “open”. But it’s not. If you get here anytime before 5 am nothing is available or ready. I’ve recommended this location to several people. We all have the same experience. How embarrassing of me to offer a location. I will never try this location again. I wanted to try to employees for valentines day but so much for trying to rely on this place.
