Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! We stop at Shipley’s for breakfast on our way to school when we can and EVERY Saturday when I’m off of work my son enjoys their delicious donuts so much! They’re always fresh and melt in your mouth I’m so happy we have this one so close to home !!

I came here since the beginning things were all good there was always hot fresh donuts at 6am. Well these last months everything has been terrible. From the rude ladies working in the drive thru to the food. I have gone 2 mornings in a row cause I really wanted hot glazed donuts well both times unsuccessful. They said oh it’s gonna be a 5 to 10 min wait. Well another thing I asked for was was a glazed blueberry donut and every single time this one lady always gives me a plain blueberry. I send my friend in for the same order and hers was correct. This place needs a management review make this place good like they used to be

I visited here from another state December 12 approx 7am Only cashier in there that’s pleasant and nice is the one with glasses! The other two ladies attitudes was not pleasant at all! I was asking did they sell a particular item both of the ladies stood and looked. I had to ask several times!

When ever I come to do my laundry, I have to come and get me my do-nuts, and Brigitte Teran is so courteous and polite. She always greets us with kind welcome and a sweet smile. This place is the best, because it has the best workers.

I was so excited to have Shipley’s, my favorite donut shop, since I moved to Washington State (we don’t have Shipley’s)! What a terrible disappointment. What I got was a burnt tasting, dry cinnamon roll (I trashed it) with tiny dry cake donuts (they never have looked like this so yes, they were super tiny). Hopefully it was just this location .

I’ve been coming here since it first opened up and everything was great. I don’t know what changed maybe new management, but everything went down. From overcharging me the last 3 times I’ve come here to receiving undercooked donuts.

Ordered a 1/2 dozen kolaches for them to all be overcooked, hard on the ends/ bottom, cheese cooked out mostly, etc. I tried calling the store as I took these to work but no one would answer the line there. We ended up just throwing them out. I’m almost certain whatever worker picked these up could feel those rocks about to be served.

We ordered a very large order of Donuts, Donut Holes and Kolaches and 20 boxes of coffee for our large school Easter egg hunt. Everything we ordered was made fresh and still hot when we picked it up which let me know just because my order was large and did not stop them from baking everything the day of. I greatly appreciate the manager and owner for their generosity towards Smith Elementary with our order. Thank you so much for your support.
