The young gentleman that served me was so kind! He even told me exactly what donuts they had on hand, as I am handicapped. They are the ONLY Donut shop I know of with a drive thru window!!

Went there today and some young white guy was working the window and was very very rude I don’t know what his problem was but hopefully he finds it he needs to be in the kitchen cooking , I don’t think he likes his job I’ve been going there for years never had this problem. I had to call and complain because I literally just left without finishing my order. Poor kid hopefully God bless him with a better job because he has no people skills.

Doughnut and coffee was not fresh, although it was 8:30 am. The sales associate was not very helpful, didn’t ask for milk or sugar, didn’t provide napkins.

The guy there this morning (Nov. 15, 2021) was extremely pleasant. I ordered 8 kolaches for a family of 4. I did not give any special instructions for my order. He took it upon himself to place 4 extra bags inside of the bag he had given me, incase we had to separate them. This gesture was perfect, considering I was headed to drop my children off at school.
