I ordered on Uber Eats and they just gave me doughnuts they wanted me to have instead of actually looking at the order.
The chocolate, chocolate with sprinkles were both gross. Only redeeming one was the old tasting glazed one.
So annoying when they have a delicious recipe but refuse to use it well.
I loved this place but on to the next I guess. So disappointed.

Ordered 4 Large Kolaches (hot dog)for $16! First bite on all of them was just pure bread, and the sausages are quite greasy.

To the manager, please talk to your employees to make sure they pay attention to what customers who order through Uber Eats get and receive what they order and not what they wanna send, I was missing items and items I didn’t order I received which made for a terrible experience from this Saginaw Shipley’s location. Uber Eats doesn’t offer compensation for issues through their app every time so this left a terrible experience for me so I will not be ordering or coming to this Saginaw Shipley’s again in the near future.

Expensive for low quality, ordered one dozen of each chocolate and glaze turn out to be soggy and melting down glazed is like when you left it out in the sun. I don’t even want to about the piggy in blanket is like the piggy not existing and my dog didn’t even want to eat it.

The service is fine. I was in the drive thru. I ordered 6 Reg Glazed and 6 Chocolate Glazed and The Donuts were old. YUCK!! For the price that I paid I’m very disappointed. I will not be going back.

Since they changed ownership, this is now the worst Shipley’s I have ever been to along with the location on Beech street. First, the donuts are old. They looked like they were from 2 days ago. The place isn’t clean as there was a bug in the glaze. I want my money back and will be definitely notifying corporate because this location is a disgrace to the franchise name. Just horrible.

Came into town with two things in mind: The solar eclipse and Shipley’s. Still waiting for that eclipse but relaxed and happy in the fact I filled my belly with the goodness of doughnuts and KOLACHES! Of course, the actual “King of KOLACHES” can be found at this location. Stop by and say hello!
