WHY DO YOU NOT AUTOMATICALLY GIVE NAPKINS???!
You are serving food and beverages. Do you not want us to wipe our mouths? I’m speaking more from the drive thru not going inside cause I know there are napkins available for me to grab myself (even though again, yall can give out at handoff).
Are yall trying to cut costs on napkins or what? I’ve been at this location many times but ALWAYS have to ask for napkins. If someone orders whatever, give us a napkin.
Can we make that the new norm in the drive thru?
Months later, having popped in randomly on a few occasions, I am met with the same awful attitude from this same employee. Today, I have decided to send a review because of how consistently disappointing the customer service is specific to this employee who brings down the morale of the entire establishment.
To the owner – please do not reply with your copy/pasted statement you use for everyone else. Hopefully you’ll actually heed the reviews you receive.
To everyone else – go somewhere else. This location appears to sweep all comments about horrific, poor, disheartening service under the rug with a blanket statement about our experience being unfortunate. The only unfortunate thing is that the owner cares so little about their customers that they continue to subject them to terrible customer service with a follow-up apology.
