Was an interesting experience. Just moved here and was so excited to try this place. Server was nice we were the only ones there. She sat us then went in the back and took a while before she came back out got our order. Food came fast but one at a time and it took a couple minutes extra to get mine. I got the general tso chicken. And was really disappointed on it. Wasn’t that great and for some reason had pineapple. Was really sweet and tasted nothing like general tso chicken. Water was in red solo cups which was different and fine but the water tasted weird. Will probably give it one more try maybe it was an off night but not as good as I wanted it to be.

I am on a business trip in Boise and it is worth the 45 mins drive to here for the food. The food definitely suits the Singaporean taste buds. Will be back here again whenever I am in this area.

The service was great, was not busy. The food came out quick and was flavorful. They have gluten-free options, including gluten-free soy sauce. Good size servings and was able to take some food on the road for later. The hot mustard was actually spicy and that is a plus.

Excellent food following our Bruneau Dunes adventure! Especially enjoyed the braised tofu with brown sauce. Even had an NA Stella to wash it down. Thank you for such a dietarily inclusive eating experience! It was our first time and we’ll surely be back!

First off the resting looks nice when you enter in however, where we where seated it was not. The booth was sticky, and there were cleaning supplies leaning against it. This was not very welcoming. There was a large table covered in children’s toys also, which looked tacky.
The service was very quick, too quick from when we ordered our food. It took less then 5 minutes to get our food(5 main dishes and 2 apitizers). It didn’t taste fresh cooked and some of our food was cold. There was little flavor other than their over bearing house sauce on every dish which did not taste good. There are better choices for Asian food in town.

Chose this restaurant from customer reviews. Driving across country & drove 12 miles from our hotel to eat here. First impression was to turn around & leave. Looks like a run down house from the outside & was in the middle of nowhere. Decided to stay since we had made the drive. Inside the decor was very cheap looking but we were seated quickly & placed our order. Food arrived quickly although my husband got his meal & mine did not arrive for several minutes. Both dishes beef & broccoli & garlic chicken were delicious. Glad we stayed enjoyed the meal but could definitely use some updating

So good! Didn’t expect to find a place in or around Mountain Home with any vegan options – but Shiok! delivered deliciously! Will definitely be back when here out this way again.

We have known about this place for about a year now. We finally got around to visiting and boy were we surprised. Very clean and well decorated in appropriate fashion. The service was great and the food was delicious. I really wish we had stopped in sooner. They prepare many things fresh daily that a lot of other restaurants get preprepared or frozen, and you can tell the difference. The menu items are family sized so unless you want leftover food (we did) just be aware. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and we will return with more people.
