The whole family loved all the food and the environment is nice n quiet.
Highly suggest Tampura Shrimp & Tonkatsu ramen. The egg rolls are great. Great array of sushi option all are delicous, but I recommend the tempura shrimp roll. My daughter loved her spicy miso ramen.

Great spot. Spicy miso ramen is very good and perfect for cold weather lunches. Food comes out fast and the happy hour menu is solid. Staff is always friendly and they recognize you, which says a lot. I have ordered to go and the food is consistently on point. Prices are reasonable and best of all it is within walking distance from my office.

We ordered 4 rolls and all of them were so fresh and delicious. Great presentation and unique rolls too. Sweet Potato roll , Spider roll, Spicy Shrimp roll & Phoenix roll. So glad that they are nearby can’t wait to try more food. . Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely outstanding in every way. I went to Shinko with family last week for lunch and we had an excellent meal with excellent service in a beautifully designed space. When you come to eat here, look around you and appreciate the detail of the interior design and how it makes you feel. It’s very elegant, natural, and pleasant to be in.
The food is exquisite. It’s not only tasty but looks incredible. This is the kind of restaurant Ahwatukee desperately needs, so please come out and support this place, you won’t regret it.
The fried banana dessert you see is not on the menu (yet) apparently, but it was one of the best-tasting desserts all three of us had ever had. It should be on the menu (and maybe it will be soon). Eat here.

We had to wait over an hour just to get an order in. After that it went smooth.
Food was good, no alcohol yet….
Had 4 sushi rolls, jalapeno poppers and miso soup.
Spent about $80 bucks, not too bad since their rolls are huge!
Did I spend too much? Naw!
Will I come back for more? Sure once they get settled in, today was their opening day and they were slammed.

Wow! Hidden Gem! So delicious! We started with the miso soup, gyoza, and soft shell crab ! All were fantastic! Next we ordered the Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll and the Rose Roll. Both were fantastic. The tempura roll was my favorite. The eel sauce mixed with the spicy mayo created a perfect explosion of flavor while the texture of the light tempura was perfect! I was so surprised by this hidden gem The presentation was beautiful and service pleasant.

Fabulous Service and delicious sushi rolls. I highly recommend the angry tail roll and the heart attack roll. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to my next visit The Shinko Bowl is excellent too. I also enjoyed the Miso Soup
