On the hunt for some awesome Middle Eastern food.
When I found this place online it looked really good. When I drove to the address I was a bit confused. I guess I was expecting to find a café or restaurant, but this place was just a kiosk in a food court.
Well, I haven’t had very many good experiences with food courts, but I was willing to give it a try.
I’m glad I did because the food was amazing.
It was very, very good!
The service was nice and fast.
I ordered a stuffed pita bowl. $17 Falafels, hummus, pickle, cucumber/tomato salad, amba, toom, tahina sauce, fries and pickled green beans were nice and spicy.
The salad and veggies were fresh and crisp. The falafels were perfect.
The fries were hot and fresh out of the fryer. The sauces tasted amazing.
I wasn’t let down.
I will be back!

A little sad about the reviews on here, this place should be sitting at least on a 4.5. For me it’s 5 stars. The food is unique, seasoned and cooked well. There wasn’t anything I wouldn’t get again. Tacos, Mezza (with the mango sauce) and the ceasar salad were all top tier. For the quality and taste of the food, I think it’s more than reasonable. Only bad thing I have to say about it is the fact that they have a pomegranate as the symbol for their restaurant and no pomegranate or pomegranate molasses dishes. If you’re in The Grove food hall, don’t miss out, GO HERE!

Stopped here after a mountain bike ride. Ordered the Chicken Shawarma tacos- SO good. Highly recommend. The sauce and pickled onion were perfection.

The bowl was beyond our expectations in quantity and flavor. Why do they even have additional sauces?!? The lamb was juicy, tender and delectable. The salad was fresh, the hummus smooth and the fries… oh man! You just can’t pass this up! So full from the lamb bowl for lunch I didn’t need dinner! Next time I’m in Bend, this is my lunch stop! Definitely worth the money.
The communal dining shared with other vendors was clean and hospitable, but loud. There is a water bottle filling station available and clean restrooms as well. How is this not a 5 star, those one star reviews must be lying or caught this place in a bad day because the employees were courteous and prompt in serving us.

I really loved this place but they keep messing up my order. I always get the Mezze with lamb but recently they’ve been messing up the protein and I don’t realize until I get home. Disappointing for spending almost $30 (including tip) on the meal. Last time I got falafel and today I’m not sure what kind of protein this is.

I love the food here. They have incredibly fresh, everything homemade, options with a wide variety of dishes and good portions. I’m a little sad the prices went up so much when they moved into the Grove, but I still eat here because the food is excellent.

shawarma bowl wasn’t even shawarma. No rice. Just a hippie pickled salad with a tiny piece of bread no rice.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Bend. Got the lamb Shimshon salad. The lamb was cooked perfectly and everything was so flavorful.

Superb meal! I had the Mezza with the new Lamb Merquez. EVERYTHING on this plate tasted awesome. The olives. The Almonds. The beets. The cauliflower (OMG). The hummus! The fries! ALL OF IT! I am getting hungry just thinking about it again.
Total price was $26 with tip. Ample food for the price too. Easy enough to share a bit too
The guy helping me was great too. Full of knowledge and really helped me decide what to get. I wish I caught his name!
Only feedback, there weren’t enough of the fries to eat the food…would recommend another 5 or so to fill it out.
