This is a Japanese grilled meat restaurant. You grill your own food right at the table. The meats are marinated in one of two marinades: slightly sweet marinade and salt based. The meats are also divided into Kobe style (for twice the price) and regular style.
We ordered 3 regular style meats: pork cheek, prime rib and kalbi. We also ordered an assorted vegetable plate. The vegetables were not really worth it. The meats, however, were really good. Tender with good flavor.
If you are in the area, I think it’s worth a visit. It can get a little smoky, so be warned that your clothes will smell.

Quite nice Japanese BBQ, good quality meats, just slightly too salty. Overall nice experience.

Quality of meat was superb , but over priced for what you get and the room was very smokey.

This is a review of their togo bento. Ordered the gyutan beef tongue bento. I thought it would be all beef tongue but it’s actually half tongue and half thin sliced yakiniku beef.
The beef was flavorful and tender. Could do with a bit more beef for the price. At $20 it’s not the cheapest bento nor will it break the bank.
Bentos come with two small sides in the box, kimchi and a seasoned tofu, as well as miso soup and salad. The soup and salad seem like fillers, nothing special.
Ordering online was easy and the pickup timing was accurate.

I’m writing this review purely based on experience and taste of food simply because I have no idea how much my food costed.
Personally, this isn’t my kind of place. I came here because my husband and his coworkers wanted to. They enjoyed the food, I thought the edamame, garlic rice and chicken were just all okay. Nothing special. I really didn’t like the salad at all – there was just some flavor that completely turned me off. I also didn’t like the sauce. I think the salad and sauce just had too much flare for me…
Speaking of the service, the employees were nice, but I wish we had gotten plates for our meat, salad and edamame scraps.
The beer in the mugs looked cool, but I wish there was more selection so us non-beer drinkers could have something fun too. I didn’t see any spirits.
My husband and his coworkers seemed to enjoy the food, but I wouldn’t come back here or to a place like this. Perhaps it’s personal preference.

This place is great! Their meat quality is amazing, and I especially crave their Beef Tongue Bento and US Prime Bentos. Meat is seasoned very well: aromatic, tender, succulent, and for beef tongue – al dente. My only problem is that I don’t feel it’s a great value. For $18-20 a box, there’s only a thin layer of meat on top, and 80% of the box’s mass is in the rice below.

We can really taste the meat good quality. Pricey but worth it! Beef Wagyu , short ribs, chicken thigh and pork belly were so good! The garlic rice also is good!

I’ve tried this place a few times and i liked how much meat they gave for the yakiniku bento and beef bowl. Today I got the American Wagyu bento box and it was very very disappointing. 6 small slices of wagyu beef that didnt taste good for 28 dollars is extremely disappointing. I had so much rice with nothing to go with after the 6 thin small slices. My husband got the beef curry bowl and he also received almost no meat in his curry. Maybe a few months later I might come back, but that was just so disheartening to get no meat from a bbq place.

Good quality meat. Rice isn’t perfect. Bentos are take out only options (seems kinda suspiscious honestly). Quick service and decent accommodations. Wait staff was a bit…untrained.
Doesn’t seem fit for large parties.
-1.5 stars for no bento/combos eating in.

I got the beef tongue bento for takeaway last week. The price is a bit on the higher side, but it’s totally worth the money. The beef tongue was easy to chew, and it also comes with beef sukiyaki, which is not too sweet. Hits the right spot. It also comes with kimci and tofu, which complements the meat well.
This is the first time I’ve heard about this place, and I regret that I never got a chance to try this place before COVID. Yakiniku is always the best enjoyed right after the meat finished being grilled. I’m looking forward to eat in the location itself once it’s safe for us to dine in again.
