Loved the small town elegant feel to the restaurant, it felt homey. The waitress was great and food came out quickly and hot. The country fried Bison and Elk Burger was amazing, would definitely eat here again. Their ranch for their salad was great and the steak fries/potato wedges were huge. Highly recommend

My family and I came here after Mesa Verde National Park to try bison and elk meat for the first time!
I was a bit intimidated to try the bison meat, but it tasted just like a burger patty/regular meat, and was pretty good.
Ribeye steak here is perfect. Juicy, well-cooked, and the waffle fries were delicious.
My favorite dish of them all though, was the country fried elk. I was most intimidated by this meat, but it was actually delicious! I loved the crunchy way it was cooked.
Additionally, the owner was super nice and talked with me and my family.

Excellent food, great outdoor dining area, and fast and professional service.
We are in town for the weekend and this small steakhouse was close and a great choice.
We got the steak and chicken pesto. Both cooked very well. Pasta had great flavor. Steak was ordered medium rare, but it came out medium. Still a good quality steak.
Outdoor is a very romantic setting. They have a koi pond and a water fountain. Only negative were the plastic chairs. They didn’t match the aesthetic.
Overall a great experience. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Charming small restaurant that calls itself a steak house but has so much more. I had chicken parm with pasta and a salad that was delicious and beautifully presented. Other choices (besides 5 or 6 different steak choices) included fish and chips, several other pastas, and assorted salads. Highly recommend!

The food was decent, though the $40 price tag for a steak felt a bit steep for what was served. My son’s meal was inconsistently cooked. Unfortunately, our server didn’t check on us at all after the food arrived, and had to walk into the restaurant and find her to ask for a check. While it wasn’t a bad meal, I’d likely choose a different restaurant next time for a special night out.

Could I please give this restaurant more stars!! We’re on a getaway to Colorado for my husband’s birthday. Could not be happier that we found this amazing place to celebrate! Briefly met the owner and she was so sweet. We were seated in the patio with “our well behaved service dog”. The patio is gorgeous! Shaded with beautiful trees and vines so it’s much cooler there than an open patio. The water feature is beautiful and sounds so pretty. Our waitress, Cathy, was sweet and attentive! We had ribeye that was tender and cooked to perfection! Cathy informed us the bread is fresh and baked twice daily. So yummy! Our pup enjoyed a hamburger patty and fresh water. A gentleman, I believe the other half of the owners, brought out my husband’s red velvet cupcake and after a great performance he announced my husband’s birthday then got the other diners to sing Happy Birthday! Fantastic experience! Excellent food and atmosphere!

The outside dining was beautiful. Even being off the main road you barely hear the vehicles. Steak is delicious. pretty good prices for good cuts. The jam is dangerously good.

I came in tonight with my sister. The hostess was very sweet towards us right off the bat. I understand that both my sister and I are young and my not have looked out absolute best. But when we came in our server joked about not wanting to sit us two and even said “no” when the hostess asked about a two top. When we sat down we ordered our drink, I got a Dr.pepper and my sister got wine. Which she asked if her wine could be on a separate check so I wouldn’t have to pay for it as well. The entire time we were there our server acted annoyed every time she came to our table but was completely sweet towards us her other tables. I asked if we could split a coconut shrimp and she said I could substitute it for a side on my plate which she stated would be cheaper instead of paying full price for a whole entree. I was charged full price, our bill was not split and we felt completely disrespected from the way our server acted. The food was mediocre at best. There was a hair inside our bread. The pasta was literally sopping in oil but the chicken was dryer and dry. For what I payed for this dinner, I am absolutely disgusted with our service and food. Let’s not forget that there were multiple people sat at another table cussing at the top of their lungs while there were children, elderly couples and other patrons present. This was ridiculous, I was excited to come eat here tonight. But if I’m judged for how young I am, how we look and get treated like we were annoying someone to do their job. I would not recommend going there.
