Shiloh was recommended by a friend. I drove almost an hour, mostly through county roads, to get here. My friend was right, the food is delicious! I had a pulled pork platter with Cole slaw and baked beans and they were all very good. They had three home made sauces available, and all were really really good. The people there were very friendly as well. Definitely worth the drive and highly recommended!

A small town, ma and pa barbecue spot! I got a brisket plate reserved and it did not disappoint! The brisket was buttery and melt in your mouth! The barbecue sauces were phenomenal with the right amount of sweet kick. I can’t wait to see the shop expand with more seating!

We came in yesterday for dinner. A lot of their food was sold out so we tried the pork ribs and got two twice baked potatoes. The potatoes were really good as always.
The ribs were subpar. The meat wasn’t tough but they were very dry and didn’t have any smoke flavor. Luckily the sauces they provide are good to help give some flavor.

You know when barbecue is good when you do not have to put sauce on it! This barbecue is that good! I enjoyed the pulled pork and the beef brisket. Real tasty and moist ❣️ and the ladies there were real friendly and sweet! It will be worth the hour and 10 minute drive to eat there again!!!!!

The food was so good. The seasoning on the chicken was perfect. We did a sampling of all the sides. You can’t go wrong with any of them. The twice baked potatoes were, of course, the top choice! The pulled pork was wonderful, not a bit of fat pieces in there like some do. Love the small-town feel of the atmosphere inside. A definite return visit will take place! We are excited to have them to be catering our son’s wedding reception this summer!
