First off our server was extremely professional, helpful, answered our questions about the menu and she made sure we had enough space in the restaurant to fit our stroller since one of our kids was sleeping.
Food is excellent. My sushi was made perfectly and the kids options.. is safe to say are child approved.
My wife had the Ramen with the duck and it was delicious. I wish I would’ve ordered some as well with how good it was.
You also get some good views of Epcot and the Japanese town around the restaurant.
My wife definitely made the right choice for dinner.
Thank you again for everything
Sushi Katana completely exceeded my expectations. The sushi was fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor — easily some of the best I’ve had in Orlando. The presentation was stunning, and every roll was a masterpiece.
What truly made the experience special was the owner’s hospitality — he treated us like family and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to find service and food quality that impressive.
Highly recommend Sushi Katana to anyone who loves great sushi, great vibes, and genuine care.
The decor in here is outstanding. Authentic Japanese decor that gave you the illusion that you were dining in Japan.
For dinner, we had the six piece assorted Kushi. The dish consisted of two beef, two chicken and two shrimp skewers. Excellent flavor with the beef being the best. Highly recommend it. We then had two orders of the. Kappa Maki Roll (cucumber) and an order of the shrimp tempura roll. Very good. We finished off with the Ichigo Parfait (strawberries, cheesecake and vanilla ice cream) and Mochi ice cream. Love the plate presentation on the mochi! The parfait was okay and I probably wouldn’t order that again.
Overall, a very good meal. Very efficient on getting us in and out without feeling rushed. Enjoy!
Bluefin Chu-Toro was unreal! It was exceptionally clean tasting and FRESH. Truly the start here.
The Beef Kushi (Skewer) was OK. It had good flavor but was unfortunately a bit dry, although not tough so it was not overcooked. Just dry.
The Beef Yaki-Udon was quite good but needed more “beef” in it. Good dish, just not great.
Maybe the toro should have come last LOL.
Food was great, service equally so, and the Lavender Sake one of the best drinks I’ve ever had!
A great meal and experience.
