Small place with a very basic dining room. Nothing fancy, but they keep it nice and clean. Music was a bit too loud which made it hard to talk at our table. Young lady at the front was very nice, explained some things on the menu and gave us some good recommendations as this was our first time eating here.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The past reviews of this restaurant show sushi and several other dishes they no longer offer here; this restaurant is under new ownership as of November 2025. So be advised that this place no longer offers many things seen pictured in the older reviews. Refer to their CURRENT menu on their website for choices.
We got Hibachi chicken and hibachi shrimp. Teriyaki sauce was good and it came with some wonderfully crunchy veggies and a good portion of fried rice. I did not care for the fried rice, it has a strong fishy taste to me ( maybe a tad too much fish sauce?) But my husband liked it and gladly ate all mine, too. The chicken portion was small for the price, but tasty. Their Yum-Yum sauce is EXCELLENT! Not overly sweet or gloopy. The hibachi plates come with Miso soup or a mixed greens salad.
We got crab rangoon which was different than any we’ve had but quite tasty. It is a sweeter filling so if you lean more to savory in your filling, you may not like them. They come dusted with powdered sugar, as well.
Onigiri is served instead of sushi rolls. We had the California and Spicy Crab ones. You can get them deep fried if you like. We did not. They were both VERY tasty!
Egg rolls were crisp and loaded with the usual veggies and some pork. They were rather bland, having no sesame oil or garlic flavor to the filling. We also tried the Gyoza and they were delicious. Pork and veggie filled then steamed/pan fried to crispy perfection.
They do a brisk take out business and orders were being picked up the entire time we were there.
I think this is a delicious…and nutritious choice for anyone in the area looking for great Japanese food! We would go again if nearby.
My only suggestion would be to lower the volume of the music. Thanks for a great dinner!

Definitely would go back. Service was great & food was even better. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Although we were hoping for sushi we did try the onigiri and it was definitely worth it.

There’s no cooking at a table here. I apologize in advance for what I’m about to say. This place was empty at lunch time & now I know why. We ordered hibachi steak, medium cooked & chicken and I, a steak & scallops w/sweet tea. Instead of a nice flavorful tender steak we both got overcooked chewy steaks with very little flavor. Her chicken was dry & very little flavor but my 3 cut into half pieces of scallops were good. Rice had no flavor for brown rice, had to add soy sauce. Vegetables were cooked good with a little crisp. I don’t know what brand or how much of spices they used but literally very little flavor on anything. Didn’t even have ginger dressing for the salad. Photos of the food here looked delicious. I don’t know how it had a 4.7 rating. I’m not a food critic by any means, but save your $50 & choose another place. I ate my food bc I skipped breakfast. My wife chose to take half of hers home to try & add something to help hers taste better. We have some garlic at home! Her lemonade was great. My tea was barely sweet & watery, so I left most of it in my cup at the table. I think they cut corners & sacrificed quailty for profit.

I used to really like this place, but i was just there and its completely different than before, my rice for my hibachi was literally cold lumps, and there was plastic pieces of something in my sushi. I ended up trying to eat around it but the sushi was literally rolled so poorly it’s crazy. One of the kitchen people were handling crab meat without gloves and then put them on to make whatever it was after the fact. the server was very sweet however, and thats the only reason im leaving one star to begin with. I wish i knew they changed owners before coming in here tonight.

Very first time Ive eaten from here. Ive always had a hard time finding a place that makes good ramen. Either the meat is super dry and the noodles are not cooked good enough or the broth is way too greasy… I was severely surprised on how good the ramen was from here. The delivery containers are very well packaged and separates the ingredients from the broth until you get it so its not soggy by the time you eat it. Very tasty, very nice ingredients. They even hand wrote a note telling me “the broth is on the bottom, please mix well”, which for me was funny but also nice because im stupid and would not have realized on my own haha. Over all, the best ramen ive had from ANY place in Greenville or Easley

Definitely go and have the sushi! The food is fabulous! We tried the American Dream Roll, Monster Roll, and Mama Roll. The presentation was over the top, better than most fancy sushi places. We had shrimp shumai and crab Rangoon appetizer. We will be back for the sushi and perhaps try some hibachi. They don’t serve alcohol. If you like atmosphere as part of your sushi experience, this place doesn’t offer that. It has a strip mall, diner atmosphere. Hopefully the food makes them very successful so that they can get a fancy place. In the meantime, enjoy the reasonable prices and delicious food!!!

Our first time here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The Ramen bowl was hearty and hot, very good. We ordered 3 rolls and they were also good. A point off for the two gnats that would not leave us alone while we ate.

Decided to stop by here and I am so glad we did!
We ordered the Gyoza, Steak Hibachi, and a Ramen bowl and it was all absolutely delicious. I was impressed by the serving sizes, the flavors, and the customer service.
Turns out, the folks we were talking to were the new owners (there about a month or so). They were so kind, eager to hear our thoughts on thr food, and genuinely were passionate about the place.
10/10 I would recommend you check this place out if your looking for a good meal

Okay. I used to LOVE this place. Their pork chasu ramen was amazing – would always double up or even triple up on the pork and egg. The pork was seasoned so well, with a super balance of crispy and chewy. The eggs (even though it was 1.50 for an extra HALF egg) were always marinated and cooked to perfection, the perfect amount of soft boil and gooey yolk. Now under new management, they have done away with corn and I’ve missed scallions on my last orders. I doubled on eggs this time but they were runny and undercooked – even the whites. The pork’s flavor was there but it was also undercooked throughout, making it more like sliced pork “jello”. It’s disappointing to pay extra for the goodies only to have the whole dish feel like jello. I can’t leave this review without mentioning the guy who’s always been there. I don’t recall his name but he was always friendly, gracious and kind, on the phone and in-person. The cherry on top, if you will. But unfortunately, the decisions to make the ramen more basic paired with the horrible undercooked food I received today has made me close my wallet to this business. To the long-standing guy who has been there and the chefs that were there before, thank you for providing great ramen, it’s simply not the same anymore.
