Our family loves Shibu’s!
Their ahi is so fresh, the poke and the sushi are so good. And consistently one of the best poke spots on island. The hardworking couple that own it are so nice and are part of the fishing community, so they know where their fish is coming from. You can taste the quality. I always recommend this spot to my guests when they visit Kaua’i.
Shibu’s is TAKEOUT ONLY, perfect for lunch/picnic at the beach. I gave them 5 stars for atmosphere anyway because they keep a very clean kitchen.
