The food was so good and the cakes were so good. There cashiers manners are so good that thats how i wanted to be like. Everyone should eat here. Just love the atmosphere, so cozy and welcoming, give you 10 stars in atmosphere. The desserts are delicious very elaborate and elegant presentation. The first time had Turkish coffee ☕️ was amazing. Second time chai tea ☕️ just took my breath. And my third time had ice coffee ☕️ sooo good. The mix of the boldness and the spices ❤️ Last time we seated outside, plenty seating. Perfect lighting and decoration. Gets very busy at night. My only suggestion is tag the prices is always good yo know what are you buying. And finally the staff super friendly and helpful. For sure come back soon.

What a wonderful restaurant! Beautiful views, and excellent customer service. The owner came around to talk to customers, leaving us feeling connected with the place.
The drink I ordered was so wonderfully made. I rarely find well made frappes. It was on the pricy end and so I don’t think that Shibam will be a regular cafe I stop by but I’ll definitely be back on special occasions.
I did feel that the red carpet and walkway into the restaurant was a bit much and didn’t really match the green/torqoise/gold of the aesthetic they were going for at the restaurant.
Overall I was happy with my experience! I sat there and studied for several hours and happily found charging locations as well. I hope to come back soon.

I happened to drive past and decided to pop in. The location is beautiful and the smell inside was wonderful. I got the pistachio latte, which was delicious. We also got a few of the pastries. I would definitely visit again.

Such a beautiful place! Shibam Coffee was very clean, had great ambiance, friendly staff, good atmosphere, and delicious food! Not only are the chocolate espresso tiramisù cups so cute, they’re also absolutely delicious! I will be dreaming about the Lotus Tiramisù The strawberry one was also so good.

Shibam is warm and inviting. Even from the outside it glows a warm, gold light and when you walk in the place is glowing in beautiful gold decor. There are many, nice modern touches as well.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and you could easily spend hours here alone, or with friends. There is plenty of comfortable seating. The coffee we had was delicious! The pastries and everything are somewhat pricy, but they are excellent quality, beautifully made and tasty.
The manager came by our table to make sure all was well and made us feel welcome which was an extra special touch. We would absolutely love to come again! Great and unique place.

First time here and this place is amazing!!! The vibe is super cozy and relaxed — perfect for hanging out or just chilling with your laptop. The staff is really friendly and make you feel welcome.
Coffee is on point (smooth and strong without being bitter), and the pastries are fresh and tasty. Place is clean, cute, and has a nice energy without being loud or hectic.
Definitely one of those coffee shops you end up coming back to again and again.

We’ve been to Shibam several times before and usually enjoy our experience, but this visit was very disappointing. The Adani Tea we ordered was burnt and tasted terrible. We politely brought it back to the counter and asked if it could be replaced, but the staff member (the black-haired man in the picture) was extremely rude and unhelpful.
He blamed us for “waiting too long” to pick up our order, even though we went up as soon as it was called. That doesn’t explain how the tea could have been burnt in the first place. After that, the service only got worse; the replacement pot was not even filled fully, and the cups were in terrible condition (as shown in the picture).
The attitude of that staff member really ruined the experience. I sincerely hope the owner reviews his behavior and provides proper customer service training.
