There is nothing from my current and past experiences to criticize when dining at Sherman’s. Service consistently checks in on how you’re doing and keeps drinks filled. John was our server this evening and was a delight. We come for the sandwiches. The wait is not long from the time you order and receive your food, under 10 minutes most times, which could be affected during a rush, of course. The restaurant is kept in pristine condition in and outside. The sandwich combinations are endless and TASTY! You can look up the entire menu by searching Sherman’s deli. We do miss their coin fries, but the steak fries they now offer are just as addicting. Especially when you dip them into their thousand island dressing. The dessert menu is vast and very tempting, with lots of chocolate cake options. When you eat here you just know it’s going to be of good fresh quality and well prepared. I had the turkey sandwich on wheat bread, and my boyfriend had the corned beef on rye with a side bowl of matzo ball soup. Both sandwiches came with a side of fries, and we requested sides of thousand. Our taste buds were in heaven. If you’ve never experienced this gem of a deli, what are you waiting for?

Been craving lox lately. Google searched for lox in the area and this was the first place to pop up. The first day I tried to visit, there was a wait for an hour. I came back on May 4th and it had no wait. Service was really friendly. But I felt like lox might not be their best dish. I mean there were other things I feel like I needed to try but the lox tasted frozen because the flavor was really watered down. I am quite sure the other items would be better. I’m willing to give another try because the service was great and also everyone else seemed to be loving their meals.

We had lunch at this location with friends one day, and were surprised and happy with their extensive menu and fair prices.

The food looked better than it tasted. I assume most people come here for lunch and/or sandwiches. The breakfast potatoes were hard and lacked flavor. The chicken apple sausage was tasty!

So yummy!! I had the brisket and gravy. Wow. My parents had the latka pastrami sandwich and my husband had the lox bagel platter. Just so so good! We’ll be back. Lori was an amazing hostess/server too!

Good tasting food and the desserts had the largest portions I have ever seen. It was a little expensive for what it was but service was great. The place is cute reminds me of a old diner.

Delicious food and clearly very popular. There’s a wait for lunch on weekends. Ordering takeout is quick and easy at the dessert counter. Biggest pecan sticky rolls and cinnamon rolls I have ever seen.

Little pricey but great turkey club. They let me sub the slaw for fries too. Great service, nice little deli.

I was just there for lunch, and can’t wait to go back! My wife had the chicken noodle soup and 1/2 turkey sandwich lunch special and loved it! There was enough turkey on her half sandwich for a full sandwich, and the turkey was fresh and not pressed. I had the triple decker, and could barely get my mouth over the sandwich – lots of turkey and crisp bacon. The soup tasted home-cooked and not canned. They have a great menu, comfortable atmosphere, and are really busy! Add in the bakery and there’s no reason not to try this place. Like I said, I can’t wait to go back!
