WOW!! I can’t recommend this place enough! Damn good BBQ by damn good people. Not only is Virgil, the owner, a stand up quality human, but the food is outstanding too. So glad Belgrade has a new BBQ place that outshines the competition. The ribs here are my favorite, that gold sauce on them is delectable. Just thinking about them while writing this review is making my mouth water! Virgil is always contributing to his local community and really is a great man. He deserves your business and you’re going to love what’s on the menu. This is a must go if your in Belgrade or just landed at the airport!

These were the best ribs I have had in ages! We were in Montana to visit family and stopped in on a whim to avoid rush hour traffic! Best decision ever! Tender and so well seasoned and the sauce is to die for! We may need to find our way back here in the way home! Thanks for starting our trip off with a bang!

We had a variety of things and were able to try a little of this and that.
Gold wings were there clear winner. Very tasty and tender. Mac and cheese was very garlicky. None of us liked it. Very odd taste. Tri tip sandwich bourbon sauce was terrific. The meat was cold. Not sure if that’s how its served or what. Would have been better if the meat was hot. Sandwich was also very messy and sticky which is fine. Moist hand wipes of some sort would be very helpful. Just passing through but would not go back if passing by again

Five stars for the ribs!! Perfectly cooked and the sauce was amazing. We’ll definitely be back for more.
Unfortunately, only one star for the mac & cheese. Not sure what it’s seasoned with, but for us it was inedible.
Also gotta shout out for the Madison River Salmon Fly Honey Rye – only beer I’ll drink!!

Virgil and his wife are amazing. Virgil puts great care and time into his barbecue as well as love. The food is always amazing and he will do whatever he can to make your experience incredible. I had dinner there, parking was slim but I was still able to get my semi tractor in there, the food was awesome! The brisket was so soft! The mac was awesome! And so were the nachos! I will definitely be eating there next time I’m in town!

Fantastic pulled pork baked potato, wings, and brisket sandwich. Gluten free and didn’t have any issues with the wings or potato. Amazing service by Virgil, will absolutely be back next time we are in the area. Grab a beer at the brewery while you’re there!

I’d give this place more than 5 if I could. It’s the true definition of A HIDDEN GEM.
We found it completely by accident as we got off our flight and we were hungry and this was the closest place. I have to tell you we almost drove away because it looked like a food truck. But OMG we’re so glad we didn’t.
My picky boys kept asking for more and I kept going back for more. AMAZING food AMAZING service. It just doesn’t get any better than this. We will FOR SURE be coming back.
