While in Ely for a hiking trip with a friend, we were recommended to try this deli. The food is incredible. Made with intention and love. Excellent flavors and combinations. We loved chatting with Sarah also. Her peanut butter oatmeal cookies were absolutely a favorite of mine! I dream about them daily. Highly recommend if you are looking to have an excellent meal in Ely. I can’t wait to visit again, and maybe have some cookies shipped to home. Thank you, Sarah for sharing your talents and creations!!

Wonderful little warm coffee and deli. They have breakfast foods and some sandwiches too. They serve drip coffee and fun coffee drinks, hot chocolate and they have oatmilk substitute. The owner was so nice. We went in when it was close to closing so we grabbed some caramel lattes. You can sit inside, on the porch or in back. They have a private room for you to sit with friends or family. They have a fireplace too. It’s really nice out welcoming. There is parking out front on the street, on the side and in back there is wheelchair accessibility. Highly recommend. The coffee was great.

Not a ton of selections, and its pre made so cannot customize or know how fresh, having said that, our food was good. Mightta tweaked it had we the option, but it was good

Had a breakfast burrito, good flavor and looks healthy. Unfortunately the breakfast selections are all premade, so heated up in a microwave. A good option if you just want to grab something and go.

Blown away by the breakfast burritos here. Saucy and magnificent. I used to live in New Mexico and these are the most NM-style bfast burritos I’ve been able to find in MN. Coffee is good too! Super smooth, low acidity. I have a feeling I’m gonna be stopping in here a lot…

One of the finest breakfast/lunch places that a tourist can get around in Ely. The cafe itself is a small, antique’ish, cozy place where also simplicity is the biggest.
The food itself is great, I loved the “Duke-Breakfast” Sandwich, as the bacons, eggs, and meat were cooked right, including the buns. The sweet Ice tea was also great because it’s actually very “Sweet” in the flavor.
Great place, felt no stomach issues or bloating after. (Would recommend to check out)

The focaccia sandwiches are really tasty! They use fresh ingredients. The staff and service was friendly. The decor is very simple and similar to the prior coffee shop. I’d recommend trying this new breakfast and lunch spot in Ely!

Homemade ginger ale and a fabulous carrot cake muffin with crispy bits in it!
Staff was friendly and joyful!

Really cool place. I was expecting a larger more typical deli menu, but the food was delicious. It is kind of pricy and I think giving you a small salad as a side dish is a way to make you feel like you’re getting more than you are. The sandwiches are a good size, personally I didn’t need the salad dish so I wish I could’ve gotten just the sandwich for a few bucks less.
