So get this.. I walk in alone to meet up with my girls and i was stopped by the bouncer. He told me he was an evil wizard and he can grant me three wishes if i paid a $10 cover, or he would turn me into a frog. I said i wasn’t interested so he turned me away!! Great night otherwise, woke up on the beach.

Horrible service. I told the bartender the atm was not depositing cash, he said it’s the card… okay fine, we tried two different cards and no luck. I told the bouncer who was sitting on top of the back bar like it was social Hour the first atm wasn’t working and the second was out of service and before I could ask if there was another atm and he’s said “bye” to me twice. Completely disrespectful. I told my friends we were leaving only five minutes after entering. The manager then stopped me blocking the ONLY way out and said I see you’re having a problem and I told him about the guy sitting On the counter was rude when I asked him a simple question and he said oh it’s your bank. I used my card at several other atms and restaurant and I showed him my phone that had no alerts of fraud. I showed the manager the receipts from the atm and he dismissed us. So We waked to dead dog and the teenage at the door laughed at us in our faces and said our manager told me not to let you in. The manager then came out says some something that no one can hear and went In the bar through the side door. If this is how you allow business to be run it’s INSANE. ZERO customer service skills.

A group of us went to Shenanigans for the first time last night. We simply let the staff know their ATM was out of order and not dispensing money and they laughed in our face stating it was an us problem or a bank issue. Bartenders and security were incredibly condescending and overall rude. I don’t believe I’ve ever written a bad review in my life, but this was an experience I had to let others know about and advise not to go to this establishment. 1 star is a generous rating.

They have a stage where people get to to dance. It died down and no one was up there.
A guy decided to go up and BOOM the bouncer pushed him down and kicked him out. Luckily he didn’t get injured.
So yeah be ware 1) no guys on stage. Only girls. 2) bouncers don’t speak English. They won’t talk to you. They’ll just kick you down and out.
Worst part is I spoke to the guy outside and he wasn’t even drinking tonight. Just power trip by the bouncers.

Never thought a place would go so low as to steal money from its customers. We had a group of 7 waiting to get in and the first person paid the cover for our group. My friend, who is 22 and showed 3 forms of ID, was denied because the bouncer “didn’t believe” it was her. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they only returned $50 of our $70 cover when we hadn’t even entered the bar yet. We will never be going back.

One of my best friends was here in the bar with me, but he happens to be black. Unfortunately that is a problem at this place, as myself and our party were conducting ourselves appropriately, someone dropped a glass, so our BLACK (disgusting. Apparently) friend was immediately escorted out very forcefully. I’m indescribably disgusted with this place, and am ashamed that racism is still alive and well here. Just so sad.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Threw a man off the stage onto his back for no reason and could have broken his neck. Physically manhandled two women and threw one of them to the ground. Extremely aggressive staff and horrible drinks.
