The food was wonderful. Service was good. They were sorry staffed that day but did the best with the staff they had. My kids really enjoyed themselves. My husband and myself did drink from the bar the drinks where good. No complaints will be back.

They need to seriously do better. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:17. I placed my order through their website and it told me my order should’ve been ready at 6:03. When I got there, They didn’t even have my order ticket printed out, so my order wasn’t Ready. I placed my order 34 minutes prior to getting to the restaurant and barely any customers were in there so they’re not busy. Do better because there should’ve been no reason I had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes for my order.

We usually go to a different seafood place( will not name the name) but they were packed. So we ended up here. We go every year to the other one to celebrate my son’s birthday who passed. He loved seafood( and the other restaurant). Anyway, the food was horrible but we didn’t want to complain. It was half empty and it still took 20mins of not longer to get the food out. It was so greasy. The alligator meat that we had was so chewy and greasy as well as the fried pickles. We will make sure we make reservations at our usual spot ahead of time. I see why this place was half empty. The server ( Islay M) was awesome.She was the only good thing about the night.

Jaz was such a great server! She knew all the specials and was able to accommodate our party of 5. We had a great time with her and felt very welcomed. She made our dining experience feel like we were talking to a friend. I brought my friends here so they could finally have a real seafood experience and that they did. She took care of us and a fast and excellent way.. I was also thankful that this Shell shack had their hand washing station working. Tysm Jaz!

Came here with my sister to watch the Super Bowl and celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience. Our server, Isley, was top tier—attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, and she even packed our leftovers without us asking. When she found out it was my birthday, she surprised me with a piece of chocolate cake before we left. Truly five-star, above-and-beyond service. If Isley is your server, you’re in great hands!

It used to be my favorite seafood spot, but yesterday was a disappointing experience. We had ordered without pork, but they mistakenly added sausage instead. They promptly replaced it and brought us a new dish. The service was good, but the taste was far from what we had come to expect. It was a stark contrast to the delicious seafood we had enjoyed in the past.

I’ve been ordering from this location since it was across the street over 5 years. The food is amazing but the TO GO SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! The area to pick up my food constantly changes. Nobody wants to speck to you when you walk in. An im talkin about a restaurant that’s rarely full when I walk in. I gotta find a new spot. I hate dealing with this every single pick up.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so poor that I felt the need to share.
First off, we waited at our table for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Eventually, a lady walked over — no greeting, no menu, no water — just a rude, “What do you want?” I told her I needed a menu… She came back with the menu, but still no basic courtesy or even water. Not a great first impression.
Six more minutes go by, and finally, another staff member comes over. We placed our order, and surprisingly, the food came out quickly — that was the only positive moment of the entire visit.
After we finished eating, I asked the same lady for the bill. She gave me a look like I had just insulted her personally, then went and told the guy who had served us. Now comes the awkward part: he brings over a random sheet of paper and just hands it to me. No explanation, no card machine. I had no idea how I was supposed to pay.
When I called him back to ask, he told me I had to walk all the way to the bar to pay — meanwhile, I watched other tables getting their tabs brought directly to them. It made me feel embarrassed, awkward, and honestly, like we were being treated differently for no reason.
All in all, this was a deeply uncomfortable experience. Zero hospitality, poor service, and inconsistent treatment of guests. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone — especially when there are so many better options in the area that actually know how to treat their customers… I hate this place…and I will make sure I tell this to all of my friends..

Great spot for the crawfish deal they are having … couldn’t even snap a before pic because we dug in!! Got the Cajun and garlic option, and it was delightful! Wasn’t hot (meaning spicy… came out piping hot!), but sure was good! And GREAT service from Jess!
