They have good crawfish here, I like their Sunday special (3lbs with corn potatoes and sausage) typically get Cajun with medium heat. Their bathrooms need a deep cleaning and some general maintenance work from the two times I’ve been here, but the food is good and that’s what I come here for.

This was ok. The food had some kick to it and the crab was pretty tasty. I wasn’t a fan of the way the alligator was cooked. The fried pickles… perfect! We didn’t care for our server. Although nice, she spent so much time trying to get good reviews from another table that we had to get our own refills and she wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu of drinks. The bathroom was creepy as well.

I was invited back to have dinner. I was greeted very kind when arrived. Manager was such a gentleman and polite. Food was top tier and I would recommend everyone to come eat Shell Shack (Mesquite) or any other locations. Food came at a timely manner. Fresh and hot and very delicious

Went there Sunday after noon, with my girlfriend and 2 sons. By the time we got back home one of my sons starting throwing up. I was fine until Monday night when I went out on the road for work. I started throwing up and couldn’t stop, i’ve been there once or twice before, and never got sick, went to my doctor Wednesday morning, and they said I have food poisoning. Been off work ever since. I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

Most of the menu is on the walls, I noticed the burger posted on the wall after I ordered my food. Then, when I got my food, most of it was overcooked. The sweet waitress noticed i didn’t eat it and asked me why, It was comped. My husband paid 45$ for a pound of crab legs that were pretty much empty after cracking them open. We didn’t complain. We just paid for the food and left. Great people, great atmosphere just need a lil work on the food.

Stopped by shell shack mesquite and had an amazing experience! We were greeted at the door immediately by Kyle and our bartender Xavier had excellent service! And Diana a server stopped by to check up on us multiple times. We will be back!
