The food was pretty good and our actual waiter was great. The big issue was all the high tops around the bar are directly under speakers. The speakers were at what I thought was full volume. Couldn’t really hear what anyone was saying and even the waiter exclaimed she couldn’t hear our orders over the music. We asked if the music could be turned down. Another person came up and told as that because people paid for the songs she couldn’t turn it down. Sure, it wasn’t so bad. Then, apparently it was someones birthday because a birthday song came on… followed by the volume being turned up… and not turned back down. I love metal concerts. This made my ears hurt.

Quick and friendly service made for a great experience from start to finish. The chicken chipotle bacon sandwich was absolutely delicious — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and definitely a standout. The sweet potato fries were especially good: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything came out fast and fresh, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. A solid spot for a tasty meal when you want something satisfying without a long wait. Would definitely come back!

We ate dinner and breakfast at Shelby Campbell restaurant 1 year ago. The food was good. Hot fresh and delicious. We decided to visit 1 year later and the experience was horrible. The lemons were dried out (sent that back to kitchen). We were served dry overcooked, hard fish (sent that back to the kitchen) I can’t believe the waitress thought it was ok to serve this food to us. I understand the waitress didn’t cook the meal, but as a representative of the restaurant and the person we customers see ( not the kitchen staff) she should have known this is not an exceptable meal to serve the customer. This was very disappointing we will not be returning.

I had the chicken parm sandwich with sweet potato fries and a Paloma. The sandwich waa delicious. It was crispy but still juicy. I’d definitely come again when in the area. Our waiter, Stan, was very nice and attentive.

Olivia might just be the best sever we’ve ever had. Came for breakfast and came back for afternoon drinks and a snack. Food was good as well! The staff here is amazing. Try the biscuits and gravy. So different and so good!

Food is delicious! The people that serve they really know the menu! One guy mentioned her sister made it, so he was very knowledgeable about the options.
Both times I went late at night and there was still service. You need to go straight to the bar to order, every other part of the restaurant is empty.

Small little place with a simple menu.
Service was fine, given the size. Pretty nice beer menu. Burger was cooked nicely and looked good. The sweet potato tater tots tasted like French toast, maybe some folks like that? Salad was good. Overall a pretty run of the mills American food. Nothing great, but nothing bad.

First time visit to Shelby Campbell’s and we LOVED it!! Dawn was our bartender and she was amazing! My friends and I weren’t sure what to order and she suggested a margarita. OMG, it was the BEST margarita I have ever had! Dawn was very attentive and the atmosphere was fun! From now on, every time we go to the outlet mall, we’re stopping at Shelby Campbell’s!!

We enjoyed the food and the place was quiet. This was the first time and it was enjoyable. The burger was huge and the Reuben was tasty. The best out of it all we’re the fries. Both the regular and the sweet potato fries were crispy and hot.
