This was the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I ordered a meal and specifically requested no onions; however, my food was served with onions. While I initially attempted to overlook this and remove them myself, additional issues arose. The food was cold, and my hot mint tea was served without a lid, creating a potential safety hazard, as it could have easily spilled and caused burns. At no point during the ordering process was I informed that the beverage would be served without a lid. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning. When I opened my gyro to remove the onions, I discovered a piece of plastic inside the food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety.

Showed up around 7:40, no menu in sight just a confusing drive-thru. Ordered the Shawarma deluxe and a bowl with an upgrade with just falafels as pits & humus was not avb.. Chicken in shawarma was dry and stale, coldest shawarma i have ever tasted.they give you fountain drink instead of the cans, which was bitter and undrinkable. Tried to get a refund but they had already shut down at 8:10ish.. Whole meal went in the trash. Worst food ever.. Owner should apologize and refund the order.. Not recommended at all!

Loved the falafel, they are small and soft inside almost like chicken nuggets. Pita didnt seem super fresh but it was warm. Baklava was also good, maybe a little dry, but overall for the price I was very satisfied.

We ordered a shawarma for lunch and received two super cool shawarmas where the bread is sticking to the wrap. And the chicken is so cold where we found two bones which came as bonus. We asked for refund and he said we’ll replace it with another order. The guy looks so lazy and sleepy.

Me and my wife loved their Arabic chicken shawarma and falafel wrap. The Arabic chicken shawarma stands out to me here in the US because it reminds me of the ones made in Saudi Arabia. Quality was very good and the man working there was very nice and replied to my Salams(Islamic greeting). Next time I’m in KC I’ll definitely be coming back again.

The place is nasty, they guy preparing the food without gloves, his hands were filthy. There was a dead fly in the fries. The chicken shawarma was terrible, shish tawook even worse, the hummus tasted like expired canned food. The fountain drink was flat, no carbonation at all.
Service was slow, yeah right, drive thru pffft.
Atmosphere what? It’s just dusty picnic tables outside.

I have tried to eat here three times now, using my Fox4 Be Our Guest certificates. The employees did not speak English at all and had to use a phone to try to communicate with me. The lady claimed they had no way to contact the owner and that the owner was rarely there, so she couldn’t help me. I wanted to try the food but all three times left without my order and extremely frustrated with the service and experience. I will not return to this establishment.

Very slow drive-thru, but the food is excellent. Some of the best falafel I’ve had in the KC Metro. Very moist, not overcooked like Cava and other horrible Mediterranean places in KC.
Everything I’ve had here is super flavorful and presented well with various sauces and accompaniments.

It’s hard to find yummy, clean & fast food but they’ve done it!! We got a super tasty beef & lamb wrap & falafel bowl and we’re super satisfied! The hummus & falafel were really good & the rice was perfect! We’ll definitely try it again! Super nice people making tasty food!!

We had a very disappointing experience. We tried to use a gift card that we had already paid for, and the restaurant refused to let us use it to pay for our meal. When we explained that we had paid real money for the gift card, the employee was very rude and unhelpful.
After reading other reviews, I’m actually glad we didn’t end up eating there. This experience completely ruined our visit, and the gift card felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend this place.
