First time ordered from here thru Uber Eats. Ordered the beef shawarma. The beef was tough, the lettuce was completely wilted. The worst part was the aluminum foil it was wrapped in was sealed shut with the pita and I had to cut that part off and the whole thing came apart. It was a soggy mess! First and last time.

I’ve been a fan of this place on uber eats. It’s not cheap but usually the food is good. The past few times I’ve order the shwarma wrap has gotten smaller and smaller each time I order. At $18.99 for a wrap they shouldn’t be skimping on what they show in their pics. The wrap is so skinny and barely compares to what I had previously ordered last month. What I got should be $7 not $18

Hello, I came to pick up my food from this virtual restaurant. I couldn’t figure out how to use the pick up method (kiosk machine) they had here and when My boyfriend and I asked the person at the desk for help. He rudely walked away from me with a look of disgust, turned around and walked away.
The instructions are very unclear and this is the first time I’ve been to a virtual restaurant. This is unacceptable to treat people in this manner. He was very rude and I will never come back to this place. I canceled my order and told Uber what happened and Uber told me they can’t give me my money back and closed the chat.

now before i start my experience previously was horrible , having said that , i walked into the store the guy at the counter was super helpful was explaining almost every one how to get to use the kiosk , now the food part previous experience was good , a little dry , so asked them to a little extra sauce and walla it was awesome ..keep up with the consistency .
