Wow! Daytona Beach Shores’ Hidden Gem!
If you haven’t tried this place yet… go now! The food was incredible — fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. From the juicy shawarma and tender kebabs to the creamy hummus and crisp Greek salad, everything was on point.
The service was just as impressive — friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they love what they do. ❤️

It is ok place for some street food,
Shawarmas are good 6/10 ,
All other super salty hard to eat .
3 adult 2 kids 160$ i dont know if this is expensive for this place . But food wise not delivered.
The yogurt on the tzaziski was extremely sour i understand it is sour but this was ridiculously. Probably the brand what they use 🙁
The bad rooms was nice !! Seriously:)
They have the season just reduce 60% Salt and will be a winner

Shawarma Mediterranean Cuisine was an incredible experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the warm and friendly demeanor of Ihab and his staff. Their exceptional customer service made our visit truly memorable. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and inviting.
But the star of the show was the food. I ordered lamb chops, and they were simply the best lamb chops I’ve ever had the pleasure of savoring. My friend ordered the kabob platter and she said it was really amazing. I also highly recommend trying their Pistachio Baklava as well; it’s the best! The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. I’ve tried other Mediterranean cuisines, but the prices at Shawarma Mediterranean Cuisine are significantly lower.
If you’re planning a trip to Daytona, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Don’t miss out on this culinary gem!

I had an incredible experience here and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful and perfectly prepared. The gyro meat and chicken were juicy and seasoned really well. The salad, hummus and warm pita made it even better. The rice was light and fluffy and the fries were crispy and golden. The tzatziki was creamy, refreshing and full of flavor.
The portions were generous and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Every bite felt homemade with care. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Mediterranean food.

Not sure if all these reviews are bought or from friends/family but one of the worst Mediterranean places I’ve been at. Take a look at the pictures that show a soup and three skewers totaling $32. I did not drink from the soup when the picture was taken, it came like that quantity and had no lentils in it at all. For those of you who think this is worth the price, I envy your ignorance. For the rest of you hard-working Americans, take your money elsewhere. Absolutely puzzled at the reviews given the quality, quantity, and how empty the place was, definitely a let down

My wife and I were in Daytona over Christmas. We were headed to the Landshark Grill, which was not far down the road from our hotel for an early dinner. On the way my wife saw the Schwartz sign and said I want to go there. Guess what that’s exactly where we went. I am totally ignorant with this food. My wife worked with lots of people from India and was familiar with it. I’m a meat and potatoes guy but I eat whatever is put in front of me. I told her to do the ordering. I don’t know exactly the name of it and we got it To Go because the place was crowded and I didn’t want to eat on at a simple table and chairs which was all they had there. I paid for the food at the time of ordering it. It came to about $58. We waited over 30 minutes before we got our order. There were two guys in the back working. Our order came in a tin. There was also a styrofoam plate with stuff in it. See pictures. The food didn’t taste bad but it was cold. Not refrigerated cold but not recently cooked hot either! I like my cooked food to be hot at least reasonably warm. I believe food safety demands it! By the time we got to our hotel it was cold. The hotel was only 2 minutes away with no traffic. Some of the spreads or dips refrigerator cold as they should BE. FOOD SAFETY and all that. The rice thin slices lamb and ground beef rolled into a roll were not hot at all. They should have been 145f at a minimum when we got them. Sorry to rain on the parade but nothing special to me about this place.just another typical 3rd world establishment. No value either. At that price they should include more meat. Rice and chick pea hummus doesn’t cut it. Good news is it’s your money spent it on whatever makes you happy! I would choose Italian, Mexican or Chinese over this place and use my savings to buy stock!

We had to try the new Shawarma restaurant in Daytona Beach Shores. Did not disappoint! We ordered the family mixed meat tray Two nights in a row cause it was so good. Perfect for feeding our large group with tons of leftovers. Super great flavors and came with everything from fresh pita some of the best hummus we’ve had. really nice presentation as well with large grilled vegetables and all the extra sauces and fixings to boot!

Just relocated to the city. We chose this place because we love Mediterranean. Upon arrival, we found it a bit smaller than expected. However, when we walked in, we were greeted very warmly. The gentleman at the register, who I assume was an owner of some sort, handled everything with care. He thoroughly explained the menu and gave us great recommendations on what to eat, and he wasn’t wrong at all. The food was so good. I had the mixed grill platter with rice, and my hubby had the Lamb Gyro with fries.
After eating, my husband took advantage of the dart board. In addition to the great service, the employees were so kind to my daughter and even gave her a little makeshift balloon to play with. Truly, it meant a lot that they cared for their customers and provided great food. We will definitely be back and will suggest others go.

We had a wonderful experience at Shawarma Mediterranean Cuisine! The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. My daughter had the kofte platter and loved it so much she finished every bite. My husband enjoyed a sandwich and said it was very tasty. I ordered the mixed grill platter with Greek salad (with feta), hummus with olive oil, and rice. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. It was so delicious that we completely forgot to take a picture of the food!
The service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. The owner is such a kind person; he even offered my daughter a mango juice and treated us to some authentic baklavas, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean flavors and wonderful hospitality.
