This was my first visit to Shawrma and Grill.
I chose the vegetarian platter.
I have eaten at Mediterranean restaurants in Boston, New York City, Florida, and SoCal.
This is the BEST food I’ve experienced!
Everything on my plate was spectacular!
The falafel were nice and crisp on the outside and beautifully soft and fluffy on the inside.
The hummus was silky smooth.
The tahini was the perfect texture and it had a well-balanced flavor.
The pita was fresh and slightly crispy!
I was assisted by the owner of the restaurant.
He told me that his father was a chef and that everything on the menu was homemade.
This food was so authentic and delicious!

Delicious shawarma and friendly service. The portion was big and everything was fresh. The owner was a nice man and I love small mom and pop grills. I will definitely be back to try the Chicken shawarma … Meat is Halal.

Better than Luna Grill. It is like comparing McDonalds to The Habit. If you want good mediterranean food, then go to the Shawarma and Grill. You will pay more but you get more than you can eat so ether share or take it home for a second meal. The owner took time to talk with us and tell about how he hand makes everything. Great food!!!

Food was fabulous, we ordered a combo plate to share with two meats, Gyro meat and Grilled Chicken. There was more food then two people could eat. Humans with warm Pita was wonderful, fresh salad and so much Saffron Rice. Staff was excited to serve their food. I sorry I don’t live here because I would go in weekly to work through the menu.

My husband and I make it a point to stop by this place to get food after mountain biking in Vail Lake. We usually order the combo plate with the three meats. We typically share one combo plate but today, we came in extra hungry, we got one combo plate each. This would be our first meal of the day. Food here never disappoints… Tasty from the very first bite. That’s why we never mind the wait for our food to be served. We never finish the entire plate since they serve a generous amount of the meats. There’s actually more meat than rice on the plate. I save what’s left for my lunch the next day. Side Salad is also very refreshing. Hummus is served with warm pita bread. I ordered some to go plates for kiddos. The owners here are also very welcoming. Today we got lucky as he threw in a home made baklava treat on the house for our dessert. We were grateful for the freebie . It was really good too. I hope this place stays in business.

Certainly the best Mediterranean food in the Temecula area. A couple we met next to us drove two hours just for the chicken kabobs! The red lentil soup hit the spot, and everything was homemade and tasted perfect. The salad was fresh with a perfect melody of flavor. I would come back every day, for good food, good quality, and good portions!

I only used to come for dinner, since my shift change I’d never go back at night. The daytime girl (Sarah or Sam) was the best service I’ve had in years. She is definitely experienced in customer service, a skill not many people have anymore. The food is great but I’ll never come for dinner again. Lunch is for me now!
