Simply bc of the VALUE…..your money goes a long way when you order the Family platter of 5 wraps and you get to choose the shawarma you want all chicken or beef or combo!!! SKIP the gyro don’t even bother yourself you can make it at home it’s packaged and NOT on a skewer just DONT go gyro….. the wrap itself needs more love it’s the bread it’s what holds it all together …. It must be warm and fresh…. The chicken and beef the protein is good and will suffice….this place definitely NOT the best but again good value! But I think they can doooooo much better…..for a first timer I may come back when they busier for a better experience (key word here may)

February 2021: this place has just open 3 weeks ago, they make a good effort and they have a friendly service, the shwararmas are great in flavor, I tried the beef and the chicken they are both really good, they do have a confusing name for the wrap calling it a sandwich I’m sure they will get around to changing that. Their fried Chicken is so crunchy and perfectly seasoned I can’t wait until they come up with the spicy version. They have a good mix of Arabic salads for the choosing on the side. You have to try this place out. they are is full with families on weekends so you know the woman of the house approves of the taste.

I wish there was a zero star I would of have this rated this place first of all The chicken was over cooked and tasted old and the fries were too greasy the and the bites were dripping oil and the meal is kinda small I ordered double chicken and fries but the meal didn’t look like it I paid for two meals and a kids meal 50$ the food is not worth 50$ or the portion you guys are bad the place was not even clean it’s just disgusting. Last thing I wanna add if you ask for tip then u need to give some service not call me out to go get my food over the counter al least bring my food to my table

I just tried the most depressing chicken tenders ever. I used to come here all the time, now I promised my self never to come here. The picture shows 3 tenders. One of the tender is smaller than a fry. The customer service is good but wht happened to your chickens man

We’re new to Dallas. Tried Abo Omar place first, then this place second. They are similar with regards to the flavor. I ordered chicken shawarma roll, meal, and salad. I don’t think it is an authentic flavor, but very close though. I like the variety of options for sides. They actually have mutabal, not just baba gannouj.
I like the shawarma salad options.
Super nice and welcoming staff, and clean place. Owner welcomed us and welcomed any feedback we might have. Everyone was wearing a mask, although not everyone had their nose covered .
Would certainly visit again.

Simple and really tasty shawarma spot! Especially considering the price; the chicken shawarma, beef shawarma and gyro were all tasty and tender. My GF loved the fries, though I am not a fan of the steak cut. We thought all the different methods (wraps and salad) were delicious.

Beef shawarma wrap: 10/10: tasty and you will definitely order this again.
Tabouleh: 10/10: delicious.
Zinger 8/10: It is very good choice
Restaurant overall is clean and staff are friendly.
Will order again when I am around.

Had an opportunity to check out Shawarma factory recently! The staff and food were great! It was emmy first time at the restaurant and the team at the register walked me through the entire process. Everything was fresh and made to order. I had an amazing experience with the chicken shawarma wrap. The garlic sauce and salad that came with the meal was amazing! The fries were seasoned and crispy! So delish! I can’t wait to go back and try their fried chicken next! This is a new spot that’s family owned! I loved the ambiance and the cleanliness of the restaurant! I can’t wait To go back!
