I came in around noon today. Was very busy, but the service was friendly and prompt! I just came back from Florida and was searching for the equivalent of the famous Publix chicken tender sub. I ordered a small chicken supreme – it was better than Publix! Very fresh, just as I ordered and bigger than expected. I added mayo and Sharpys oil, it was not soggy. Bread was fresh and toasted. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews- this will definitely be a new go to for me.

I had the pleasure of being served by Ray. I ordered some Cajun fries and asked for it to be extra crispy. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round. I knew that she couldn’t uphold the first standard she set so high and man was I put to shame. The crispiness of each fry and perfect amount of Cajun spice had me in a trance and loss for words. She was very professional and showed awesome customer service. I pray all transactions go as smoothly with all other customers because I enjoy my food from these people every time. 10/10 Will definitely be seeing me again every time I’m in town.

The ONLY PLACE TO COME TO GET THE WINGS RIGHT!!!!! I have been searching for a long time ,a place that accurately does the wings right. I was never find a place to get my wings extra crispy heavy on a sauce or anything. after that people the staff are very wonderful polite and they always make sure that you leave out happy with your order. I have been recommending to my family and my friends for a nice period of time. The wings are a must-have and you guys also must taste their parmesan wings as well. Don’t think about this place Just do it!!!!

Been in here four times and have had the same Italian sub every time. Never the same. The woman who takes orders on the phone is awful. Why so rude? It’s weird. Don’t like your job? Get another one. I tried to order the sandwich so I wouldn’t have to wait for them to make it. She was extremely confrontational and told me if I wanted to order and pay with cash I could come in. I decided to anyway bc she’s always been rude. The sandwich had literally 5 paper thin slices of meat spread across the bread. The cheese was thicker. She deliberately made the sandwich bad. I don’t need your food and won’t be back.

I recently visited Sharpys Subs on Mayfield Rd. and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes and when I realized there were tomatoes present, I returned the sandwich and asked for a refund because I did not have time to wait.
When I brought my concerns to the staff, they refused to offer any form of refund and told me I needed to speak with the owner who would not be in until later. When I called around 7pm I was told he wouldn’t be in until around 10pm. I called back around 10:15pm when I was forced to deal with the night manager because Frank, the owner, refused to speak with me directly. After speaking with the night manager, I was told to call back in the morning to speak with another day manager. When I asked why I was told they hadn’t been told anything about a returned sandwich and I would need to deal with the day manager.
I called, as requested, to speak with the day manager who also, like the owner, refused to speak directly to me. The associate told me the only thing they were willing to do was remake the sandwich. At this point it’s the principal as I do not trust the safety of my food since i can’t see them making it. Furthermore, one of the associates was in the front of the establishment eating ice from a cup with her bare hands.
Iwill not be returning to this place and highly recommend avoiding it if you value decent customer service and food safety. This experience was a waste of both my time and money. I did advise that I do not want a replacement, I want my money returned to me since I did not get the service/food I paid for and no longer trust them. I feel disregarded as a customer, and it left me extremely dissatisfied and saddened that a place I held in such high regard would treat its customers this way. It is clear that the owner and his staff are only concerned with money and not good customer service or the return of future customers.

Don’t go here the owner is rude, the employee are rude and don’t even wash their hands and vape behind the counter, the dog can cook better, the owner is killing the business look at your Reviews that tells it all
